Love this place!! Their sandwiches are delicious as well as the grape salad and broccoli salad. Don't even get me started on their cookies - magnifique!
Always delicious menu items. Always courteous wait staff. Always clean. Always a great place for a bite no matter where.
Enjoyed the Sassy Scotty on the croissant, pasta salad was very flavorful and cookie was a nice desert touch. Was so yummy, forgot to take a picture before I devoured it! Will be back, so I'll have another opportunity to share photos because it is also very well presented on the plate!
We have dined at other Chicken Salad Chicks restaurants, but was first time here. Fancy Nancy sandwich was good, but their pimento cheese always a bit dry. This location did not have any additional condiments out. I asked the server for some mayo; she never came back. The restaurant was not that busy either. We also needed to clean the table and seat before sitting down. Disappointing first impression, hopefully, will improve by next visit.
Went in and had lunch with my wife and the food was great and I had a fountain lemonade and even a refill. At home 2hours later I decide to eat my ice and pull the lid off just to see black stuff all in the bottom of my cup. Talk about grossed out! I believe it was the black mold that happens in the ice machines when they are not properly maintenanced. Needless to say its bottled water the next time I visit. It looked like someone ashed in it but it hasn't been out of my sight and I don't smoke...
This was our first visit and neither of us was impressed. Please remember I am making this rating following a single visit. Not sure if we will give it a second chance.

Drove waaaaaay out of the way to purchase a gift card for mothers day. Walked in and they have no gift cards. I asked for anything else, they can't do that. Wow so apparently they don't want business. Will take my mother's day $ elsewhere.
I am so glad my daughter and I went to Chicken Salad Chick for lunch. The chicken salad is absolutely awesome! They have many choices of chicken salads to choose from and sample. The scoop portions are generous. I also had a cup of their tomato soup which was delicious. This is a fabulous place to eat at. I'm definitely coming back for the homemade goodness and friendly service.
Excellent first time customer experience. Staff are friendly. Dinning area comfortable and inviting. Relaxing atmosphere. Many varieties available. Carol's original excellent. Sampled buffalo and the surachi! Both excellent! Will return for sure. Saw excellent training of their new team members. Exemplary! Team has the positive attitude!
