if you’re gonna close early, please turn off your mobile ordering system!!!! I placed a mobile order on the app and drove there to realize the store was fully closed before closing hours listed on the app, google, and everywhere else. inconvenient and rude. workers kept waving they’re closed. i had to literally go out of my way and waste gas money driving there, and also WAIT to get a refund this is ridiculous.
The woman who took my order was the nicest person in the world. Her happiness made me feel better during my not so good day at work.
I'd give no stars I sware evrey fast food place in loganville has the laziest people working I repeatedly told him my order for him to screw it up anyway and the food was ice cold. I'm tierd of people who don't like there job let someone who actually wants to do there job have it. Lazy a$$ people.
We drove from Monroe&received the wrong food. It was in the right wrapper but someone didn't know what they were doing. Tried to call so we could get the order replaced&never got a call back.
I’ve been coming here for their iced coffee every since I’ve been working in Loganville, and never had a problem. I like to get my money’s worth when it comes to my drinks. I like little to no ice in my drinks. I didn’t want any ice at all and the manager with dreads told me that this is all I could get since I don’t want ice. Even in the past when ordering little to no ice, I’ve always had my cup full. This picture is a large. I’m not sure what this was about but I’ll never return.
So I go to this BK all the time and get a family meal using the code. Been going here for 3 years. Today I go to get said family meal and the new manager Jermaine asks for the actual coupon. I tell him I've never given them a coupon before or had to show them it on my phone. I just tell them the coupon number that's it. So I ask can I speak to the manager he says I am the manager. I'm like really? I've never seen you here before. He says I've been here. I say okay but for how long? He says 7 years. I'm like I've never seen you here come to this BK all the time I live right down the block for 3 almost 4 years now. So this new manager Jermaine basically lied. I had no time to argue I just went to Wendy's instead. But I could not believe the dishonesty and I'm never buying anything from this BK again because of it. I gotta trust these people with my food and if the manager would lie like this I cant trust this location at all. Besides they mess up your orders no matter how simple or complex. I recommend you just go down the street away from Walton and go to anyone of the other fast food restaurants. Not worth your trouble. This is the Loganville BK avoid it at all cost.
Sandwich only had ONE piece of bacon ? and it was small.
My wife and I got the double whopper with everything and onion rings. The whopper has its own unique taste and this time eating here was no different. The Whopper was The Whopper and the onion rings was BK's onion rings. Service was interesting since the server had purple hair on one side and jet black hair on the other. The other young female had that goth look and was not courteous at all.
I always order delivery from here & everytime it was wrong or something was missing. So i decided to go through drive through & is took 20 minutes & the girl at the window had an attitude when I asked for sauce. I won't go back or order from them again.
I only went through the drive thru, so its hard to rate. The people were really nice, so I definitely had to give them a 4 star
