You heard it here first: this place has some damn good sweet tea. I never would have expected that from Arby's. Roast beef is as good as it ever was, store was clean. ?Update: the assistant manager Jenell is kind of aloof and inattentive. Under her management was the first time my order has been wrong at this location.
Just ate here for lunch and then went into the ladies restroom where I noticed roaches. I came out of restroom and saw one in the kitchen. Wished I had seen this before I ate here!
We went to Arby’s and received terrible customer service. The cashier argued with us about what we ordered. We pointed to the screen for her to read it so she could see that we were correct. The restroom was covered in roaches and I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like! I wish I would’ve seen that before we ate our food. I would not recommend Arby’s.

I love Arby’s food but the staff here is terrible!! Everytime I order for door dash my orders is missing things. They cancel orders for no reason. Don’t even try to call because they will answer and hang up on you repeatedly!!! AWFUL SERVICE.
