First off I wanna say zaxbys have good Chicken strips but Today on Saturday July 2,2022 was the worst service zaxbys offered. It was hot with no AC. They were so backed up they kept taking people money and telling drive thru to pull up to bring out people order. Payed at 4:19 and left 5:05 decided to get a refund after 30 min wait. I was 2 refunds behind of people that wanted there’s. Serving wrong order to wrong people. Orders pulled up on the counter didn’t know who’s who. Losing people tickets like mine for a refund. Long story short. Everybody working that mid to night shift need to be retrained, declined, and grow up. Too many young faces in the kitchen and behind the counter. Sorry not sorry but it is what it is
First time coming here, extremely annoyed with the fact that they only have one door open with no sign saying how to enter the building. I sat in the car on the hottest day of the year so far, made a mobile order and waited until I stopped a server outside and then was told that the other side of the building was open. My drink lid was not secure and spilled tea all over my food. This happened with my elderly father on his birthday. In fact this is the only reason we came, because he was offered a free sandwich. Curse this location, I will not be back for even a cup of water. What a waste of money and a shame to this brand.
Upon first entering, the air looked a little cloudy/ misty, and it smelled really weird. stopped by with my child and I initially didn't mind waiting, but it was incredibly awkward when the employees were trying to get the manager's help with some technical difficulties and the conversation was shouted across the restaurant. The manager ended up shouting a potential solution, and either the employees were too incompetent to implement it, feeling too lazy, or the proposed solution would not have solved the whole issue. Either way, another customer ended up getting heated with them because of this. After I received my food, everything was fine at first. I sat down in a small booth with my child and he was enjoying his food. I then saw a baby cockroach crawling along the booth wall. I immediately gathered my things, threw out all the food, and left. Overall, a terrible experience. It took me a bit to find the correct Zaxby's to review, so unfortunately, I couldn't say exactly what day this was to pinpoint which employees were the issue.
SOOO MADThis place hast the worst customer service from the young kids working there. I order a grilled chicken Cobb salad and each time I get it it’s missing something. When you bring it to their attention you get attitude. The manager needs to fire and rehire an entirely new crew.
The McDonalds down the street has much better service than this place. You can be the only person in line, still wait over 30minutes for your food, and it will still be wrong as well.
Shut this place down immediately or hire a completely new staff. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I stopped going here because the lines were always so long. I decided to try them again since they recently opened their dine-in, but what did I want to do that for? I waited 30 mins. for a grilled chicken sandwich. That's it! No fries, no combo, no drink, only a sandwich. No one apologized for the inconvenience neither provided me with any type of update. I was just standing there pacing back and forth looking stupid and it's a bunch of young folks working there that have no customer service at all. When I say I'm never going back again, I mean that whole heartedly. I will be telling other people as well don't waste your time and the food is subpar. I used to love Zaxby's so much, the food was great, but now EVERYTHING is trash. Worst experience of my life. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this location and what can be done for improvement.
Was on line for a very long time when only one person was in front of me. On top of waiting over 20 mins the bread , chicken & salad taste stale . I need a refund !
You'd think with as much as my order was and the dart that I was charged for ranch when I told the woman I wanted honey mustard. I don't eat ranch! And the fries are soggy af!
During the day this location is usually pretty good, BUT at night it's a total switch. This is a TERRIBLE location at night, with their bad customer service and they are EXTREMELY slow while messing up your order. I'll never visit at night again, it isn't worth the frustration!!!!
Waited two hours in line just for three meals and this was the worst customer service Ive ever received. Kids yelling a playing in the kitchen while I'm sitting there for 10 minutes and then they give me my drink. I'm a culinary student and this service was horrible.
