Great service. At first there was a technical difficulty with the sex app and the machine but the person helped me and took my order did everything you could to fix it. Eventually the manager had to step in and everything worked out great. My food came fast and it was nice and hot. I recommend this location if you happen to be in the area.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. I walked out without even asking for a refund and without my food because the service was AWFUL. 1) I waited in the drive through for 20 mins with no movement before placing an order via app. Once I walked in my order was no where to be found and this location was not clean. 2) I waited almost 20 mins before I was handed cold soggy fries. I asked for fresh fries and the cook tried to throw them back in the oil I presume (the cashier yelled “SHES WATCHING YOU JUST MAKE THEM FRESH”) upon hearing that I told them to forget the order and walked out. I paid via app and would like a refund. I should have listened to the reviews that warned customer to go elsewhere.

Worse experience ever! I pulled in because there was only one car in the drive thru and I figured it would be quick. WRONG!!! I attempted to order and kept hearing "what?! , huh?" So I asked her did she want me to come to the window since she couldn't hear me and she said 'no, you can stay there'. But I thought you couldn't hear me though? Anyway, I hesitated because I saw they pulled the car in front of me off to the side to wait. This was not going to be quick! I was then asked to do the same and a young girl came out with the food fairly quickly. However, she went to a car at the far end of the parking lot and then I realized... All 10 cars were pulled off waiting for their food! But... I'm patient so I waited. And watched! She began bringing out bags with no regards as to what was in them. The salads were turned upside down, wing sauce sliding out the container, looking crazy! Then she took someone the wrong order and when they called her to take it back, she took it too the right car. I hope the 1st car didn't have covid!! Just awful! NEVER AGAIN.

Slow Service.Computers Down.Short staffed.Untrained staff.Too many young workers whi dont care and are playing around.One restaurant worker was wearing Nike slides. That's not standard practices.Counter was sticky.No sweet tea available.Many drinks out of service on the Coke Station.Uber Eats had to cancel 3 calls because the food wasnt ready so they could deliver other food.My bread was hard.My wings were REFRIED so they were hard and old. Not fresh at all.The fries were hot but cooked too long and they were too dark.As of 4.14.22No restrictions around Covid-19.I retried this location and was scared to see hiw it would go. This time was a great experience. Hot fries. Fresh fries and wings. Yummy grilled cheese. And the best sweet tea.

This Zaxby’s has gone down over the years. It’s definitely the worst Zaxby’s. Every time I come here the wait is long. They don’t apologize for it either. It’s always something on the menu that you want that they don’t have and then they never answer the phone. One minute their dining room is open then it isn’t. The wait is still long if you go in there. They need to get these young kids out of there. I don’t if it’s COVID or what it is but they need to either hire better employees or close this one.

So we cutting chicken and half and serving it.....like #CHICFILAWOULDNEVA. I haven't had Zaxbys in a year and it's always this location that does thisTHEY RATIONING FOOD IN THERE SHOULD HAVE GOT A NIBBLERS MEAL IF THAT WAS THE Case.They give kids meals as regular meals and look.at you crazy when you didn't give that $4 drank that come with the meal......

This is the slowest Zaxby's within a 50 mile radius. They are always slow and their drink machine is often down. Their intercom is out off order every other day which means you have to order at the window. That also makes the line longer. Today I am sitting in line behind 5 cars and no one is taking orders. The first car is waiting for his order to be taken and no other cars are ahead of him or at the window. I got out of the car and walked inside to see them wondering around. I told them they have cars waiting. I'm not coming to this location ever again.

Drive thru employee was very patient and kind tonight. A little slow but i understand why, i was greeted in a professional manner, and was overall content with my service and food! Ps give your employees a raise theyre overworked and underpaid. (:

Worst customer service. I placed a online order, chicken tender plate, kid meal tender no fries add toast, zaxby sauce. Order missing toast, zaxby sauce and goldfish Cracker. The cooks were not wearing hair nets. None of the staff were wearing face masks.Only reason I didn't check my food before leaving because I already waited a long time and my order was so simple. I wish the staff would spend less time playing and double check the tickets.

Your staff is horrible. So slow . 4 months ago I put a review and has not gotten any better since then. It's gotten worse. Honestly you guys don't deserve not one start they are horrible.no cars still waiting for 15 minutes lunch isn't 35 40min I don't have time so I left. Pathetic
