This is my second time coming here and my order is wrong I asked to speak with the person who making the food he never came out
Cashier and server were pleasant.Bought fried rice and wings, food was good.
This is how they address their customers. Won’t go here again. Also the two young ladies were unprofessional and defensive when I asked about the sign. The food is OK. Not worth the terrible customer service. There are so many other tests in the area with better food. It’s a NO for me!
I ordered 2 piece tilapia with shrimp fried rice. The food was fresh and delicious. However, the wait was horrible. I ordered on the phone and was told 15 to 20 mins. I ran a few errands and called to check on my order. It had already been 45 minutes and took 14 mins to get there. When I got there, the food was never prepared and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. So my 15 - 20 minute wait end up being abou 1 hour and a half wait. I should have been offered a discount or free appetizer for my extra wait time. I also agree that the prices are way too high. Should lower prices or offer 50% discount during happy hour or lunch special half off prices.
The only reason I gave them at least one store it's because the food was still hot but the truth is the food was trash the braised chicken wings didn't have any sauce on the wings was thin as water it was horrible it had no flavor the rice didn't have any kind of seasoning it was like eating cardboard that was my first and last time ever eating there
The food was great and the customer service was ok.
Philly chessesteak was great, loaded waffle fries was killer. Only tiny complaint their hottest Buffalo wasn't that hot. Otherwise all around great place and prices aren't bad for what you get.
I’d save my money and time, they will give you old food. I had old dry wings, they messed my order up and left items off after me repeating what I wanted 3xs.
Cashier took order and payment. Forgot to send to kitchen causing me 45 minute wait. Had to ask for utensils. When given them she dropped them on floor and tried to STILL put in my bag. DURING CORONA VIRUS). I QUICKLY REMOVED IT AND TOSSED IT OVER COUNTER. she said why you do that? I said cause you nasty. She began to curse me and call me out my name and said get the f out. If they drop that theyll drop your meat and still serve.
I ordered a salad over the phone. I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I did a few errands to give them time. I got there after maybe 25 minutes and it wasn't ready. 2 other patrons came in ordered from the counter. We all received our food at the same time. I can only assume it was never prepared when I called. However, I must say it was very good. Service needs a little work.
