My order was taken quickly and the food was hot and ready when I arrived! The staff was very helpful and probably one of the best experiences I've had at WnB factory!
Like the food, getting expensive in cost. Have increased their prices by 20%.
Horrible customer service. I tried ordering from this establishment today. 30 minutes after I place my order and they take my money, I still haven't received my food. When I speak to the owner, he informs they haven't even started cooking my food yet and the most he could offer for this inconvenience is 6 measly wings. He couldn't even bring himself to apologize. Smokey Bones and Feltchers are much better alternatives. Better pricing, better customer service, and better food. It's a no brainer.

Very disappointed..Ordered takeout 1/2 bone in wings and 1/2 boneless —received only boneless. The boneless wings were very small—almost laughable. The meal with onion rings (upcharge to replace fries) was about 17.00 —not worth the money in my opinion.
Was about to order a number 6 which is a 1 piece fish 6 wing combo for 9.99 .i wanted to add an additional piece of fish and asked how much would that be .....cashier said 17 dollars .now i know i went to public scool but how you charge 7 dollars for 1 piece of fish .and it wasnt just me he tried to pull the same thing on the guy directly behind me
Went there with my grandpa early this morning. Ate my burger, and as I was eating my fries I noticed something brown at the bottom of the box. There was a freaking roach in my food. I took pics, called the restaurant and told them about it. They hung up on me, but I sent the pics anyway. Went back to the store, showed him the box, not wanting to make a scene, and he said there's no refund because I ate the food, but I was saying there was a roach at the bottom of the box! He didn't want to hear it so I told him I took pictures, he didn't wanna see it. He started getting really aggressive and shouting at us, calling us disrespectful. At that point I let it be known there was a roach in my food, and for people to check your boxes because it might be in there. He ended up giving a half refund, and we left shortly after. Super unprofessional and highly defensive, which led me to think I wasn't the first person with that problem. I would've left a 2 or 3 star if he handled it differently. But here we are.

The inside smelled awful when I entered the restaurant. The wings tasted old and was tough to bite into. The onion rings weren’t good either. But the wing flavors were pretty good, honestly the only thing I liked. The peach drink I got wasn’t sweet enough.
What kind of Philly egg roll is this? This is a log of mystery meat! Chicken tenders are tough all locations aren’t created equal.
