As I waited at the register for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Someone finally approached the register messing their hair saying very low I don’t have a register to take cash, and that I had to use a card. Wow. It’s not like they are making fresh food just refrying French fries and using old meat. I’m kinda glad I didn’t place an order or I would have been sick.
I got to the drive-through and told them that I had a mobile order. They told me to pull around. I then got to the first window and said I had a mobile order and they again told me to pull around. I got to the second window and said I had a mobile order, they asked my name and said t they don’t have it. She said that it take some time for the restaurant to receive it and I informed her that I put this order in almost an hour ago. She then said that their system is down and that’s the only thing I could do was go around the line again. I have already been waiting in line for 35 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am done with this Wendy store.
Do not go here. Ordered 10 piece chicken nugget, a 4 for 4 and an Avocado Salad around 11:15am.. why was ALL my food old and cold!?!?! Nuggets were really small and over cooked. You could tell they had been sitting for a while and shriveled up. Fries were stale, hard and cold. The Avocado salad was made with brown lettuce, with only chicken, cheese, bacon and brown avocado. There was no dressing. My son home schools and I work from home. My time was limited because I had to get my kid back home for school within the hour. Had I had time I would have taken everything back and asked them to make it over and fresh. What a horrible lunch!
I have never seen so many people work so slow. The line of cars wrapped around the building. The dinning room had customers queued waiting for their orders for 20+ minutes. Do not waste your time coming here.
It was the slowest line ever! There were 4 cars ahead of me. I drove up in line at 5:00, gave my order at 5:35, got to window, they take cards only no cash! Gave card, cashier had problem, went for help and brought. Manager?? Back they talked he swiped, no problem.I have a fear of someone cloning my card and ripping me off! It is like money is no good anymore.pulled up to window to get food. Needed another burger pulled out correct change $1.85 no good! Got to pull out my card again.it is 5:43 now. I will never go to that location again! It took to long for me.
Waited 20+ minutes in drive thru as inside was closed, ordered 4 frostys and they weren't even filled to the top, had to ask for spoons. Lady processing payments was friendly at least. Also, no receipt to leave a proper review.
Great geolocation, but the service is low quality.Frosty machine rarely works, bathrooms are not cleanly, and one time I was actually served a bleeding burger. The workers are young and need to be trained better. I don't recommend this location.
I sent in the drive-through line for about 12 minutes only to find out they were only taking cash that’s something somebody should’ve been outside with the sign or a big sign should’ve been posted before you are allowed people to sit in the line for that long and then when I when we get ready to order they didn’t then you give us that information that’s a huge inconvenience!!! Also why is your car machine not working very unprofessional
Visited the drive thru on a Thursday night. The employee came to the mic and said they were only taking exact cash, no cards, no change. WTH?? They obviously didn't want any business so we went to their competitors, Cookout and got excellent service.
I ordered my food with a very nice lady at the speaker, but then I get to the window and they dont have my order. i say no, i had this. she tells me to just pull up to the second window. they hand me a bag and i say “i guess i have to pay i dont really understand whats going on” and then the lady proceeds to not speak to me throughout the duration of her handing me my things. i also did not receive my barbecue sauce that they asked if i wanted. very rude and very odd visit.
