Went in there yesterday with a friend. 5 people working and 3-4 other booths with people in them. Waited for 12 minutes (I knew the exact time because I had texted her “here” before walking in) 2 other tables were filled within that timeline and both were given drinks. Waited a few more minutes and we left when the waitress started to take their food orders, we were never even spoke to. I never leave negative reviews because I know stuff happens but we were purposely ignored and I’ve never walked out of a place after sitting down.

The Cook and the 2 Waiters that were on staff provided Excellent Food and Service, they made the experience pleasant being that it has been so hard to find good service from young workers these days.....This will be my goto waffle house for now on as long as these 3 Young Men are running it

I'm not sure how this location is still in business. The employees never answer the phone. All Waffle House locations are 24 hours, but there have been numerous times where there were no employees in the building but the restaurant looked like it was open. I just left here and one of the workers refused to take my order because she had to change a drawer and told me I had to wait 20 minutes for her to do so. This has never happened to me at any other locations. On several other occasions I've visited and one of the waitresses was extremely nasty and rude. I will not visit anymore and this location should be closed as soon as possible.

The food at this location is actually pretty good, IF you are able to place an order. Went to this location twice in same week about 10-1030ish PM and no one was available. The employees were there but apparently they like to huddle up in the back and hide from doing work. Clearly they don’t like making money.

I visited this location this morning. I was working from home today so during a short break I wanted to call the order in so it would be ready upon arrival. I was on hold for 10 minutes then never came back to the phone to take my order. Once I arrived since I was on hold, a lady spoke when I entered. Belle or Bell was taking a to-go order, I was standing behind the gentleman because I was next. She walks away prepares another order and starts doing something else, still not acknowledging that I was standing there. She looks up and ask did she help you, I nodded no because by now I am annoyed because you saw Mr standing there and you knew the other young lady didn't help me. She never asked how may I help you so I called my order out to her all she says is mmm-hmm after I tell her what I wanted, all while looking away. After she was done taking my order, she mumbled my total, I said could you repeat because I couldn't understand what you were saying she rudely gives me my total. By now, I'm very annoyed because she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked if she had a problem and asked for a manager. I exchanged words with her. The manager didn't rectify the problem nor did he seem to care. I asked for my money back because at this point I don't trust any of them with my food. I visit waffle houses often but not this location because of the customer service. I know nothing will be done but I'm Stull going to file a complaint because of the service I received. This location is horrible, the customer service is horrible and I will NEVER spend any of my money at this location again.

Looking for somewhere for breakfast, as we had an early start. Very friendly staff and all of the food was freshly cooked. Eggs (fried, sunny side up) were slightly under-cooked, but everything else was good.

This location has the best customer servicel From the start the manager was extremely welcoming. He made sure we had a table and was taken care of. Then the waiter Kevin really stepped up and although he is usually a cook he still took care of us. He was patient, professional and even offered us silverware in hot water to make sure we were comfortable with our meal. Chantel was also a sweet heart. She came to our table to make sure we were good and got what we needed. We thank this whole team. Being from Cali we were excited to visit the Waffle House and we haven’t had the best experience until now. So thank you to the team at store 580

Sunday, December 5th, 2021 @ and 9:17 PM. I pulled up to place an order and was advised by an unknown male who was not uniform at the window that they couldn’t take any orders until 20 mins cause they did not have any servers.This location has become trash over the years ? they might as well shut it down.

Good they've taken precautions to make the staff safe. But they should have an app or a way to to place your order and pay, in advance. The chick taking orders literally took everyone's order in front of me (all happened to be men) and then proceeded to close the window when it was my turn. I waited patiently and when she came back to call someone's order out (btw, the poster outside said that they would text you when you're order was ready which indicates that they take your phone number... This wasn't taking place during my visit) I asked if she would take my order so I wouldn't have to stand outside in the freezing cold. She was reluctant. I insisted and said that she didn't have to put it on immediately...I just wanted her to be consider for the conditions I was subjected to. She obliged. (Thank You!) However, I was never notified that my order was ready...I literally had to go back to the window to remind her and she was like "oh yeah... Here you go". Maybe it was her way of "getting back" at me since I requested that she take my order so I could get out of the cold. Nevertheless, a better system needs to be implemented.

Waffle House is 24hrs.. why are they close with workers in the inside. This is at 5:02am on Thanksgiving morning. They just do what they want to do!!
