Good food, service, & atmosphere ???
Horrible night waitress. Older lady complained about paying customers smoke after we had stopped smoking. We apologized constantly even though there was no signs stating no smoking and they have an ashtray right outside. She really tried to make me and my party feel bad for smoking next to there ashtray because she had some form of COPD. But my thing is what more do u want from us? I already apologized twice plus u have no signs and an ashtray. It was such a bad experience that i will never come back to that waffle house again. And she aint give me no syrup for my waffles after i asked for more.
Besides the changes that the pandemic created. A little longer wait time. The waitress was very nice. When I got my food home it was still warm and actually very good.
This place is a circus. Nothing but a staff full of clowns. So junky you cannot simply get a receipt showing an itemized printout of your purchase. I'm convinced the staff create their own prices separate from what is listed on the menu.
Customer service SUCKSTHE COOK STATED HES NOT COOKING BECAUSE HE'S ABOUT TO CLOCK OUT AND ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM THAT NO ONE SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR WORKI WAITED 15MINS FOR SERVICE TO BE TOLD HE'S NOT GOING TO COOK FOR ME AND THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE AS WELLALSO THE NEXT EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP WITH FOOD WHICH MEANS HE WAS NOT GOING TO PROVIDE SERVICE EITHERTHEN THE COOK YELLS OUT HOW ABOUT YOU COME BACK HERE AND COOK THEN SINCE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
I’ve never heard of a closed Waffle House before, but we walked in and there were 4 employees who said “we’re closed, we’re changing shrifts,” and they asked us to leave. They didn’t know how long it would be before they reopened. For a famously 24/7 restaurant, it was a strange experience.
Lady at cashier was hella rude and they forgot my sausage....Update! The guy was rude as hell!! All he did was walk around no uniform on touching hair touching phone. Just nasty ?
It has been a long time since I've visited a waffle house and the Panola Rd Lithonia location was just what the doctor ordered. The waitress was very nice, very attentive and the food was fantastic, ham and cheese omelette light and fluffy. The hasbrowns were so delicious i almost ordered another helping. Kudos Waffle House you were just as good as I remembered. You are required to wear a mask so I felt very safe eating inside. 5 stars
I will always love me some good food from my best breakfast place!!!!! That's the move every morning ? ? ? ? ? ? some good Waffle ? ? ? ? ? house ? ? ? ? ? ♥ cause that's the plan!!!! Waffle house ? will always be the A1 breakfast spot!!!!
It was pretty okay. The staff were nice, but honestly the food was really mediocre. Definitely not a first go to for food.
