That lady under cooked my eggs. Like she really looked at that egg like yes its done. How im the only customer there and yall rushing??.
I’m sorry to even have to do this but The employees working at this location is ridiculous to me although they are not rude and disrespectful to me professionally they need training there’s no reason why you should attempt to take an order over the phone and then leave your customer on hold for three minutes and 15 seconds only to come back to the phone and say ma’am I cannot take your order at this time can you please come in to place an order we’re too busy you should’ve said that minutes ago they’re just so unprofessional I really don’t like unprofessional establishments let alone I’ve grown to understand that even though I ask for cheese I might not get cheese And asking for medium rare I’m going to get well done burnt this location is so annoying it’s really pathetic at this point but once they get it right it’s great ??♀️? guess I’ll just wait for lunchtime at McDonald’s
We only eat at this one on hwy. 124 in front of DMV. They are always good. Food is always cooked as ordered.
Food came out fast and staff was very nice. Would have been 5 stars but the tables were all sticky
Horrible workers! Lazy and always mad that they actually have to work. Cooks throwing dishes making comments that we placed a big order. On top of never answering the phone. I don’t know how this place can make money to stay alive. Owners need to come and see for themselves as a secret shopper. I don’t write reviews but this is the 3rd time this happens. Fire everyone and start a new crew.

Very clean and the food was cooked to perfection. The staff were all very nice and professional. Has got to be the best wafflehouse I've gone to on this side of town.
Food was well prepared along with Speedy service
Quite honestly, the Staff was kind and professional; my transaction started and ended with a smile. ?Although I sought “takeout” I left a tip because the woman was so kind.
Menu has been paired down due to supply chain issues. Still good.
