I was kind of dissapointed with their ordering process. You have to download their app, which took some time. Then add all your information in just to pay for it, which the whole process took about 10 minutes to do. Then you wait for your number to be called. It really took away the joy of ordering your food and interacting. Plus the burgers were smaller than I remembered; especially for the price we were paying. Felt like a kids meal at adult price.Wow Wendy's, so sad.
Went there yesterday with a friend. Walked into the restaurant and no one greeted us. Customers were sitting and standing around so we didn’t know who was waiting for a table or who was waiting for a to go order, we were on our own. So the host finally told us about the guests waiting (with no personality). There was only one waitress working and she had an attitude. At first I ordered my eggs scrambled then a second later I told her to change it to fried, she let out a big sigh saying “you changed it 3 times!” when I only changed my order once. The OJ was sour tasting and when we told her she didn’t apologize, just brought another one and when we asked for sugar for the coffee she just kinda slammed it on the table. I don’t care where I eat, WH or a premium restaurant, the service should be on point. The service here was cringy.
Horrible customer service and rude staff. The manager literally was in the the bathroom my entire time dining in. I had to really use the restroom but couldn't because the manager was in the restroom the entire time. I didn't feel comfortable using the Mens bathroom. I actually felt very uncomfortable. I will be calling corporate
They are definitely having some staffing issues and they're going to need to work on that before they are able to redeem themselves from the terrible experience we had.
Good tasting food. Overall it tasted really nice, pretty quick getting the food to me. Food wasn't outstanding but it was still good.
Hour wait and it wasn't even crowded
They stopped taking orders at 6:30 AM and told me to come back at 7:00 AM. Why? One employee was just washing dishes and the other standing by the grill. ?Ridiculous.
Daughter picked up an order togo. We didn't sit down to ear but she said her food was good.
Very disappointed in the customer service of morning shift. The server there always says it is "closed" even though he is sitting there doing nothing. This morning as I was pulling up, I saw him hand someone's food from the window. I came and knocked on the window and the server had his earphones in and back turned and the cook was cleaning the oven and ignoring me. Another customer came and knocked on the window asking if they were closed. The server turned around and said yes. Morning crew chooses when they want to serve customers in the morning and locks the door and says their close even though they it is a 24 hour store with a server and cook. This has happened to me more than once. I will not be going there anymore.
I was looking for a Waffle House open for dine in. I wanted to read a little. When I arrived there were 2 parties of 2 seated and eating. When I entered, I was told take-out only...Why
