I love this place. Jerk Chicken is always delectable and the plantain is super delicious as well. Delivery is always fast and piping hot ?
Just left and I’m very disappointed in the customer I received from the cashier not understanding why the attitude I simply said hello I placed an order over the phone and she just watch me and was like well what’s the name rolled her eyes but it was the hand movement for me I NEVER had bad customer service at tropics and the food is to die for but nobody wants to keep going to a place and the service sucks there only open for 2 damn days I mean come on now I really hope they put the other young lady that’s related to the owner back up front

I ordered the roast fish, rice\\u0026peas and shrimp. Words cannot express how amazing the fish was. It was an explosion of flavor and taste. The rice and peas had just the right amount of spice. The shrimp were great too. The fish was the perfect size. I feel like I've never had a meal where everything was so perfect before. I ordered online and there was a small wait but my food was hot when I got it. Would definitely recommend to others unless you can't handle spice.
Just passing through, gave it a try due to reviews. Awesome! The jerk chicken and rice and peas was a good combination of perfection. The kind of food that puts a smile on your face, and warms you from the inside out.

I wanted some authentic Escovitch Snapper. A very dear friend recommended this place. Customer service was very friendly, food was prepared to perfection. The wait was around 15 minutes for some very delicious food. The sides are sold separately but an entree and one side is about the same price somewhere else but the food may not be as good. I live by referrals and reviews when trying a new restaurant, especially since COVID-19. You will not be disappointed.

Food as usual was very good. Customer service from the young lady at the register on Friday night, October 1, 2021 was extremely poor. Everything we asked her was met with the response, “I don’t know”, without any attempt to find out.She told us that our order would be ready in 10 mins. After about 15 mins we inquired if the order was ready, her response, “I don’t know I am not the one packaging it.”Extremely poor customer service.
