Hands down, just delicious!!! Staff was very pleasant!! VERY reasonably priced!! My only two suggestions...watch the restrooms, it wasn't very clean, and add butter to the menu for the breads. ?
This food is really discussing .. I spent 79.00 on me and my family food and a 20 min drive to get home and it’s not worth it. The chicken is pink the sauce is awful. Only thing worth eating is the yams. I want a refund cause this is not it
Very good food and the super friendly, my home terminal is in Atlanta so when I go there I will be there, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta
The customer service was excellent, even when the computer system went down. Customers were informed immediately. I like the communication between the front line and kitchen staff.I hope that this company will consider moving into other southern states. I'd love to see one in Shelby, NC. We need a restaurant like this in our town. We're desperately in need of a Black owned restaurant! The population is here, we just need the food and business ... Please come check out the town!
Management needs to do a better job of cleaning . I’m talking fine detail . Because what a saw is something that can potentially cause bacteria sickness . Fountain lemonade machine with bacteria of the led surface eew ?. I hope they have scheduled maintenance on there Ice machine and HVAC equipment .
Good looks delicious but you can’t even chew the meat. 2 meals no dessert or drink was $61….. Not worth it at all
Mr.Greg and Mr.Wheels took care of me. I originally made an order for Decatur location but they had to close early due to short staffed. Which I completely understand because my retail store is the same way. He called me to make it up to me and said I could pick up the food at the Panola Road location. The staff was great there, mr.wheel took care of me there. So did Greg. Thank you gentlemen for helping me out , will definitely be going back to both locations!
I ordered a chicken meal from This Is It via UBER EATS, and I have never been so disappointed with food in my life. I paid 35 dollars for food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting since early this morning. This Is It is one of the best soul food restaurants in GA, and they should be ashamed for sending out food like this. Toast was hard, Mac and cheese, and sweet potatoes had a film on it, and the chicken was old and just nasty. The chicken leg was so hard that I couldn't eat it. Do better guys. I wish I could blame the driver but I cant, she delivered the food before the estimated time by 15 minutes. So, this is it just sent me old food.
The price was ridiculous for the amount of food given in a small to go box NOT regular BOX!They totally messed up the order by giving my friend and I both the wrong orders.- Service could of been more professional!Overall the food was not bad but it wasn't at all what was ordered!! This was my first and last visit to this place!
I received some delicious rudeness! I frequent this place a lot and give passes for rudeness in case someone is having a bad day. Never again though!
