Worst place ever!!! I am from out of state and was there today. They complained all while locking the doors on everyone before closing time, I paid ahead for my order. I also checked to make sure there was no beans and they complained because there was beans and then stated "well you got like 10 of them" as I was asking for one without beans. It was a big order to feed a huge family gather snack. Such a bummers to see such horrible customer service.
They aren’t anything like what they use to be. They don’t listen and follow directions, no matter if you order online, in-person walk-in or drive-thru…. They still find away to mess up your order. They leave stuff out, don’t fix your food exactly the way you requested, and the food is never fresh. That’s the main reason you can’t get food exactly the way you ask, because the food is just sitting their from them pre fixing foods, and when someone orders they don’t start from then making the item fresh. It’s old sitting, cold and, soggy, plus completely wrong when you receive it. The two Taco Bell’s locations that are in my area are: Fairington Road in Lithonia, Ga next to Walmart ( it’s a Taco Bell/ Long John Silver’s combined) and the other location is Taco Bell at Stonecrest Mall area ( across the street from Tire Plus shop). Both do the same horrible things. And then have the nerve to ask you to bring the food back, in order to get another meal at another time. How feels like leaving home expecting to eat and be satisfied. But in stead you get no satisfaction, then have to go all the way back to the restaurant that just cheated you, give them the exact amount of food back, ( giving them your receipt isn’t enough) in order to get your food done correctly that you already paid for, now wasted more gas on…. All of this is ridiculous. They both need to be closed and staffed with new, employees and new rules. Cleaned up buildings inside and outside. Cause I know they have to be dirty also if they are so horrible on food
Worst Taco Bell ever , this place stay closing 2 and 3 hours before time .food orders always wrong !!! Seems like you only get lucky during the day couple of hours when they first open ! Who runs out of ground beef.? Or don’t have any taco shells lol somebody send me corporate number cause something got to give there’s no way I have to drive by stonecrest for food when this one is way more convenient!!
Nice, but not efficient quick or terribly accurate. I got wrong sauce and my food seemed just thrown together. Guy taking orders was nice tho.
This is a Taco Bell that is with a Long John silver this particular Taco Bell they are not double checking the orders so please make sure you check your order before you leave the window I also ordered Long John silver all the food was hot fresh delicious the server wasn't too friendly and it was drive-thru that we went to and we had to go back because she left some of the items out of what I ordered. If I had to rate one to five with five being awesome I would give them a three not because of the food because the food was hot and fresh but because of the server just was unpleasant
I came in and got the grilled cheese burrito and it was fire, very good and make fast. Not to mention all the females in there fine asf… Especially the short darkskin girl is it’s purple hair!!!!!! Ask for her!!!!
If I could give them no stars I would. This is ridiculous.
Need to wash their hands when they come from outside, not just put on your gloves. Thank goodness he didn't serve my food.
Christopher A was currently working the drive through when placed my order. This guy was very professional and displayed great customer services. While placing my order he made sure he answered all the questions I had. He also discussed promotions and surveys the company had to offer. While at the window he greeted me respectfully and reviewed my order again. When my order came he looked through he bag to make sure I had everything I need. The food was hot and fresh. Christopher wish me a great day. After a long day at the office his customer services and professionalism was greatly appreciated.Thanks Again Christopher
