They took my order then had us waiting for 20-30 mins without any food or anything, asked the girl that was bringing the food to the cars about our order, pushed the red button to inquire about our order the girl had just to work and said our order was not even placed, gave her my order and sat for another 20 mins until I was fed up and drove off. Worst experience ever.
On Saturday May 14, 6:00 p.m. Purchased these horrible fries. Had normal looking fries on top. Was driving while eating and I didn't notice the old fries until i took a bite and almost vomited. They were old weird tasting. How could you serve someone old food. Waste of my money. I couldn't go back and exchange because I was in a hurry.
When I pulled up at the drive through and was waiting for someone to asked me what I wanted to order no one came on so I thought the drive through speaker wasn't working. By the time I pulled up at the window I heard someone talking to the customer behind me. I explained to the cashier that I thought it wasn't working and she asked me for my order. There was a double burger that they are promoting and I told her I needed that and she said okay. My total was $8.68. I asked the young lady if I was getting the double burger with bacon that they were promoting and she said yes. I got served in less that 10mins which was quite impressive. On my way home I said let me eat these fries before they get cold. To my surprise they were already cold, sagging and very greasy. I could not eat it. When I got home and opened the package with my burger I was very disappointed and upset with what I was served. It was only one burger and they had some fries and and other stuff on top of the burger. No tomato, lattice or bacon was In it. I would not give it to my dogs. I will never ever shop at Sonic again. I was so upset and totally forgot to take a pic. I Didn't think of even give a review but because you sent me the link. I said let me put it out there. The money for me was not the issue. That young lady integrity need to be questioned.
My only complaint was my mozzarella sticks. I ordered a Large, expecting them to be good! They were so hard, so hard....my intentions were to return them the next day, however, time and my schedule didn't allow me to.
Absolutely rude.... There was one gentleman employee with a Sonic shirt on... apparently on break unbeknownst to me...he was on the phone I asked for Ice he proceeded to get irritated and yell explicit word's over ice. I was with my client which is quadriplegic and out on our walk. I didn't expect such behavior and was appalled that this person who is a representation of the company would act as such over ice. Don't get me wrong I understand you are on break I understand if you don't have a break room...I understand politeness and saying I can get you some ice or I can have someone get it for you.... Tact...is uncommon these days....respect is also.... customer service no longer exists....It was the nice lady that delivered my order was willing without ? Gave me ice....and he still continue to be verbal afterwards...With all the crime here in ATL this could be another story of a person killed over ice....sooo sad the times we live in....a peaceful day ? turned sour over a disgruntled employee on his break mad about a customer asked for Ice.....riddle me that......
This is by far the absolute WORST sonic that I’ve ever been to. Everytime that I go they never can complete my order and I swear they must be ran by the same ppl that run McDonald’s bc their shake & slushie machine is ALWAYS DOWN! I thought slushies were supposed to be Sonics specialty with happier hour etc, and they never do anything to make it right. Can’t talk to a manager bc they never answer the phone at this location I would give it a negative 20 if I could!
Ridiculously slow and rude for no reason. Waited 30 mins for an online order and they had an attitude with US because we asked for it??? Took 30 mins and. 5 tries to get my food. Miserable experience from a pathetic staff. Ew.
I ordered two combos the food was hot and fresh it was very delicious the only complaint I have was the prices was a little too high the combos should have been about a $1.75 cheaper each. And the building needs a makeover it's been needing a major Redo for a while.
Ordered a cherry limeade and Jr. Cheeseburger. Burger wasn't fresh at all. Bun was EXTREMELY hard. Cherry limeade was good ??
They were kind and courteous and food came out hot. I wasn't to impressed with the chicken tenders and the buffalo sauce was in a hotdog dish...But I love the Slushies.
