Excellent friendly service. Loved our server Ms. Alexis!I ordered the 14oz Ribeye with Garlic butter on the side (which i placed on top). It was a good cut of steak. Nice, juicy, and a little fatty (which i love).I expected it to be a bit more flavorful though, didn't have much of a 'smokey' grilled taste to it. And the Mac 'n Cheese wasn't all that special. Not very flavorful or creamy at all. Not worth the "premium" $5 price.With that said, it was still good.I recommend trying their Ribs. They were delicious, and the meat practically melts in your mouth!
We went here for a late lunch/early dinner. It was my first visit. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. Our waitress was very nice, helpful, and informative about the menu items. She was also very helpful with explaining the taste & flavor of the various sauces. We went with a platter for 2 people. The food is presented on an individual table top grill with the following on it: Ribs(your choice of Babyback/St. Louis); smoked wings(not whole); steak; grilled chicken; smoked sausage links & potatoes garnished with grilled onions & peppers. We added salads, an Arnold Palmer & Blackberry Tea for our beverages. I mixed the sauce that comes with the platter & the honey spiced sauce to get the taste I liked best.(Picture was taken after we'd taken a couple of bites.)I'd definitely recommend checking them out.Everything was delicious!
So we go in for a nice family dinner and the food was great and all. Drinks were a little slow to get refilled even if half of the restaurant was empty. Server paid little to no attention to us, so we asked for the bag of donuts to go, since we were more than ready to leave at this point. We get our to go order and off we go, when we get home, we anxiously open the take out box to find these horrible looking donuts(see picture) Like seriously? How hard is it to put some donuts in a big to go box? Horrible and low standards at this location!
Smokey Bones Smokey Bones how I love my Smokey Bones when I come inside always a nice atmosphere and the food is always good and people are always there tonight at least from the front to the bar . the Greeter Ciera did a great job, so polite. Intend to visit again . Nice place will send my friends

Zeri was the best host greeted me immediately as I walked In and quickly got us seated , also had to wait on my server longer than expected he came over and got our drinks as well as he held a good conversation on getting us ready for the menu , as we were leaving he made sure to wish us a goodnight and crack a little joke , he will be the reason we return for great customer service

It's one of the coolest places to go hang out, the music was so nice. It set the tone for some great food, on of my favorite places thus far.
Normally, I’m not the one to complain about food because my company ALWAYS spend tons of money with them and almost every time, it’s enjoyable! The bar-b-que is at least! However, I decided to try something different this time beside pork and BOY was I disappointed. As you can see, chicken wing FEATHERS were left on several pieces of chicken. I’m fully aware that chicken may’ve have SOME hair here and there maybe but how can anyone eat this?!? As I see it tends to be a common thing for their smoked chicken undercooked which the company failed to do anything about or acknowledge. Unfortunately, I informed our administrator while showing her pictures to take heed from ordering their chicken from there. In my opinion, if the wings are going to be the size of your knee caps, then I would think it will take longer cooking time as opposed to smaller pieces. I will NEVER EVER spend my hard earned money there ever.
