I'm sorry but the last two times I went to Robert's I saw people that's fixing the food fondling messing with the hair messing with things while went gloves on fixing food and that was a turn off for me so I didn't go back in a few months I just left I didn't even order so the second time I came back I ordered and the same thing the lady with the glasses on just kept messing with stuff and messing with a hair and washing sweat off her forehead with the glove and she's fixing food and the most terrible experience I have ever had, you have to really be careful with these fast foods nowadays my daughter found a beetle bug in her cabbage that was it for me I will not go back. How disgustingly.

This is the worst place to call it Soul Food. The mac and cheese was so dry and bland it was nasty as hell. A waste of my money. Wish I could have given zero stars. And Food was over priced. Never again
I simply ask for baked chicken over rice and ask for white meat. There are only 2 wings a nd rest dark meat in the pan. So she tells me I only have dark meat then I say I said I will take those 2 wings and she says I can’t sell them like that…..so she couldn’t sell me a plate with white and dark meat…..totally confused
I used to eat here often several years ago. I was in the area recently and old memories of good eating popped in my head. I ordered 2 of the baked chicken plates and a pork chop sandwich( which was good) I got rice, green beans and mac/cheese. Well the green beans were the best thing in the tray. The rice was grainy, the mac/cheese was ok. The chicken was tough and tasteless. I was deeply disappointed since my taste buds were ready to go to work ?. I wasted my money AND was still hungry. ?
WORST FOOD EVER!!!! I should have followed my gut and turn around, nnnnooooo but me I will try anything once. I was initially attending to go down the road to JJ Fish but I had the taste for liver & onions. So I stopped in to Roberts Soul Food.First thing customer service…… there is none! I stood in line for 5 minutes before someone said can I help you and the lady wasn’t happy I needed to be served. Then I asked for Liver & Onions and what say…. “we ain’t got none” really! SMH The chicken & the pork chop looked exactly the same. So I ended up with the Salisbury steak , rice, cabbage and Mac& cheese. Take my advice and don’t do it. As you see from the picture greasy, not well seasoned and not worth $15.00 at all.So yes very highly disappointed in the business and will never visit again.
I just got back to Ga after been in the Army. Wanted smothered pork cops and rice. Very disappointed and got sick. Soul food my butt. Please don't go to this place. Stay away..... They answering their phones and blocked me on fb. Very rude establishment. Go to Kings instead They listen to your concerns and they are better. Sad to see a soul food restaurant treat customer like this. Actions speak volumes
Whiting Sanwich was good, neck bones were a little under seasoned but quite meaty
Delicious. Fried chicken was amazing collards were a little salty and the cabbage not enough salt but over all amazing.
The food at one time was excellent. I stopped in to get 3 dinners, no mac and cheese and limited food all together. Once I got home the food was horrible nothing like I remembered.
