I gave the Young lady my order at the front counter and had to repeat my order several times and spell my name. Smh. When I arrived home the order was wrong. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and was told to bring the food back for the correct food. I am a senior citizen and a family member drove me 2.5 miles before work at 5:20 pm. I refused to go back to Popeyes ever.
I normally don't say anything when l go.I been there a few times,and yes this storeIs busy. I understand they dealing with the public.I will not go back to Popeyes again.I deal with the public 10 hr a day.You should not make any customer wait thatLong when there was 3 people a head of you. You don't have to worry about this customer.Rob
I've been going to this Popeyes on Panola Rd for the past 15 years and this is my first time I was disappointed. The doors to the facility was locked and yes it was business hours, then I had to go to my vehicle and jump in the drive-through. I advised the cashier that I have a coupon code from their app; she advised me to drive up. I got there she looking crazy like she needed a blunt... then she went ahead tongue wrestled with me in regards to what I had said and knowing darn well I knew what I had said. Told you she needed a joint. next gave her my order she advised me to go park. So I parked for like 10 minutes waiting and waiting I got the food checked it out okay but when we get home lo and behold it is not hot chicken spicy chicken y'all know how we like spicy chicken everybody loves spicy chicken. So with that being said my last time contributing, paying for this to this establishment. So sad Popeyes so sad. Lastly eat at your own risk.
Popeyes on Panola road , have the best cooks and tasting food; I done tried other restaurants and none compared! please, go try that Juicy Classic Fish sandwich before discontinue…. It is delicious!!!!!
Terrible.....30 minute drive through. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo. They were out of fries...had to get mashed potatoes which were cold and sandwich was even colder!! This location SUCKS!
40min wait in the drive thru line , just to pick up a prepaid order . An issue that should be fix . Or else what’s the point of the app and being able to preorder .
It took almost 45 minutes pickup 8 pieces spicy mix and 2 chicken sandwich. I didn't realize until I got home they only put 1 chicken sandwich in my bag along with box with 8 pieces chicken. You have pay attention to your order because they will get over on you at that location
For 3 Big boxes I paid 21.06 the tenders where dry from being under the lamp and everything else was horrible all but the biscuits they were hot and fresh I was so sad drove for a hour to find a Popeyes and this is what I get.
Drive thru line was long, but moved surprisingly fast. The service was ok, chicken was ok. The size of the chicken is extremely small, especially the wings and legs. Nothing special about food or service.
Waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes for my meal today. Took over 15 minutes to just order and only 3 people were in front of me. Definitely needs management help.
