This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever dealt with. Because of habitually bad service and poorly made food, I opted for a further location whenever I wanted it. But I tried again recently and it seemed like they perhaps had new management because things seemed better.However, I did an online order for curbside carryout this week. I arrived and tried to call for curbside but after like 5 minutes on hold, I just got out of the car to go inside. (I looked rough and was trying to avoid going inside but didn't have all day to wait.) I walk in to see 2 employees leaning on the counter playing with their phones. Instantly annoyed because why couldn't they answer the phone? They then told me that they "ran out of dough since yesterday, so we've been canceling orders". I never got a cancellation email or call, so how would I know that? And why are they open if they don't have ingredients? Why are they still taking orders? They had no reply so I started to leave because I felt myself getting too upset. What a waste of my time and gas! Still waiting for my refund. I've called numerous times over the last 4 days. Currently have been on hold for 15 minutes still waiting for someone to answer. WORST PIZZA HUT
In order to save time, I placed the order online . The order supposed to to be ready at 5:20pm . I arrived at the restaurant at 5:25pm. The order still wasn’t ready. After about 30minutes with no update, I asked how much longer. They said the pizza will take an additional 10 minutes while the pasta was just sitting in the warmer for the longest. I requested the refund. The manager was outside , she came in to give me a refund. She was saying she been told them about the pizza . She was like “Look at what I have to deal with.” I normally don’t order from here and now I remember why. Horrible experience
I ordered a pizza and pasta online at 8:35 PM tonight. By 9 PM my food had not come and I was not notified of anything. I called them several times and was put on hold for minutes on end then when they finally answer the phone they tell me that they are closing and that the delivery person from DoorDash never showed up to deliver my order. That is terrible customer service, why wouldn’t I be notified? I will never order from there again and I definitely want my money back.
Ordered my food online at 435pm and decided to use the delivery time feature, opting for a 6pm delivery. My food didn't leave out for delivery until 617p. At 635, I called because I still hadn't received my order, mind you, I live less than 3 miles from the store. They assured me that the driver was on his way but he'd had 2 other orders to drop off. At 645p, I received the email survey. When I called back, the associate told me that the driver cashed out at 629p, yet I still had no food. Long story short, my order arrived at 655pm cold and dried out. The manager on duty was not helpful at all. I will never order from there again!! She also tried to explain to me that when you use the deliver by feature, they don't make you food until the time it's supposed to be delivered- what? My $61 wasted!!
I advise anyone to not ever ever get pizza delivery from this place. This is the worst Pizza Hut on the planet they can't even tell you where your pizza at or how long it would take to get to you. If I can give it a negative 5 I would.
Don’t order from this store. They have absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza last night and they never delivered it. I waited all night thinking it was taking a long time because of the rain but no they just never showed up. I received a “we’re making your order” on the tracking link and it stayed there. I should’ve known not to order from this store looking at the other reviews but I didn’t. Please do not make the same mistake I did and DO NOT ORDER at this store location.Update: I’m here now to get my refund because no one ever answered the phone when I tried calling at 11:08am. I was on the call for over 15 minutes and decided to just get my refund in person. I show up to the location at 11:33 and there’s a handwritten note that says they don’t open until 12pm. So not only are their store hours on google WRONG but there is absolutely no one here. I’d think management would be here at least 30 mins before the store opened but no. This location just needs to be closed at this point.
never going back to that location again, i dont care how many coupons you give away. i did voice my concern on fb already. staff there need uptraining on how to speak w customers, even if they are not stating the truth as to why store closed earlier than website stated. employee was very rude!
The pizza took too long. I understand that this location was very busy with people coming in and out with short staffing but the email said that it would take 20 minutes. I got my food within 46 minutes to an hour. The staff was very polite to all customers and all customers said the same thing about the time from the emails
If orders are made online it should be ready within the 15 to 20 mins (No more than 25 mins) after order has been done. I waited an extra 45 mins after arriving to the store and was disrespected by the front desk clerk for asking how much longer will it take before my order was completed. I am very disappointed in pizza hut!!
This afternoon I ordered large meat lovers and 6 piece traditional wings, ended up paying $23.40 (plus I left a tip so a little more than that). To my surprise the gentleman who worked here professional; friendly. The food was SUPERB (excellent) by far this has been the best pizza I ever got from a Pizza Hut. Sadly I’m replicating from this area to another city within the next week had I not I’d be eating here more often. Thank you guys for doing a wonderful job!
