I'd give them a 0 if I could. I placed my order at 9p.m. Got a text at 9:50p.m. that it was on its way to be delivered. It's almost 11p.m. and I have nothing. I spent $30 to get nothing. No food, no notice on if anything happened. They stole my food and my money. 0/10 would never recommend

My food is always hot when I order from here, but the level of service and cleanliness is inconsistent. Yesterday I ordered my food online. When I arrive it was not ready yet. While waiting, I saw an employee come outside to talk to a guy; and while outside, he was folding up pizza boxes with gloves on. Also, when I went around to the contactless drive-thru to pick up my pizza, the screen where they place orders was nasty and full on pizza dough hand prints which could only mean that they are not washing their hands between taking orders and making pizzas, nor are they cleaning the screens regularly.I usually order the 3-topping $10 pizza. My only topping is pepperoni and when I order, I either make a note or click the "extra" button. Most times, it seems like those notes and "extra" request gets ignored because I rarely ever see a three servings worth of pepperoni on my pizza without me having to take it back and ask for more on my pizza which means they have to re-cook my pizza.Yesterday, one of the pizzas I ordered was still doughy and not thoroughly cooked.

I give 0 ⭐️'s. Now I see why their rating is a 2 because the quality of food is horrible!! I did carryout which was 30 mins from when I ordered, when I picked it up, it was damn near cold an burnt!!! Chicken was hard, ground beef hard, and green peppers burnt. I tried to avoid the pizza hut close to my house because of the quality of food there was bad too. So I traveled out my way to get more disappointment ?. I'M DONE WITH PIZZA HUT

I don’t understand how u allow ppl to place a pick up order, but when u get there, the doors are locked. We got to the store at 8:30pm. Is corporate not aware of what’s going on at this location? Thank God I did not pay online. All I was trying to do is pick up a personal pan pizza for my son. Never again!

I wish I could rate them zero stars. Ordered at 6:28 pm and after the tracker hadn’t moved and we hadn’t received our pizza after an hours’ wait, we called the restaurant and was told their driver had a flat tire which caused the delay. The person indicated another driver was on the way to pick up and deliver our pizza and we would have it in about 15 minutes. Here I am over 1 hour later (over 2 hours total) after that conversation with no pizza and can’t get anyone one the phone. At this point, I don’t even want it. I just want my money refunded. I will never deal with this Pizza Hut ever again.Horrible customer service and lack of communication.

Improve on your communication. It was very disheartening to have placed an order on Christmas Eve, only to be informed more than an hour later that the delivery driver did not show up and the pizza couldn’t be delivered. Even more, I asked whether after waiting for over an hour, had the pizzas I ordered been made because I was willing to pick them up; surprisingly the manager acknowledged that these pizzas were likely never made because they were so backed up. My family completely understood that this would be a longer wait, due to the holiday but it’s unacceptable to show such a lack of regard for our needs on last. I happen to be a type two diabetic, I experienced low sugar levels in part because it took so long to eat while visiting family in the Stone Mountain area and really had to scramble to find something that could sustain me. Do a better job communicating a realistic expectation or updating your customers sooner than later.

In a past visit (about 2 1/2 weeks ago) my order was incorrect. I ordered a large stuffed crust and other stuff as normal, when I got home the pizza was plain non stuffed crust. I called the store and was told I’d receive a $15 credit on my next visit, tonight was my next visit. The girl that came to the window rude, said they don’t keep records for people that are wronged by them, I should have came right back that night, (regardless of how long I worked that day and that I paid for a service that should’ve been done right originally) oh and maybe I should go to a Pizza Hut closer to my house. I will take that advice though, thanks! Don’t recommend this location, unless you like rude poor customer service, incorrect orders, and overall dissatisfaction.

I placed a order online for delivery, also added a delivery driver tip. I live 3 minutes from the store, ended up having to call regarding my order. I was told it entered as pickup? I replied asking how was I able to add a delivery tip? I ended up receiving my delivery order an hour later after placing my order. Did not receive my full order of boneless wings. Order was for 8, I only received 6.

The pizza did not taste good at all. It was stale and lukewarm. The brownies were tasteless and were not cut into squares. I spent $35 in total for this order. I will never be back. Lesson learned!

Set a true time when the food would be ready. I ordered at 7:41pm Friday, 11/19/21 and it was not ready at 8:21pm. When I asked for a refund, they gave the refund minus the $5 tip. When I recognized it I called and she argued with me that she gave me the correct refund. When I showed them the total was $29.83 not $24.83 she gave me the tip back. No pizza, no tip! I will not be patronising this franchise again.
