I ordered a pizza at 7:45pm and didn't get my pizza until 9pm and once I received my pizza it was ice cold and I had little children to feed. I called the manager asking about my cold pizza and she placed me on hold for 20 mins. I had to hang up. She needs to be fired, if that's how she takes care of customers. They give poor customer service because they feel like they can get away with it. I will be calling the Cooperate office tomorrow. I can not stand for some to be in a position of authority and doesn't deserve to be.
Never ever ever get a delivery from this place...food took over an hour to get to me. But left the store within 15 min-20min of me ordering online. When I got my food it was cold and they forgot my blue cheese that I paid extra for (3) of them...spoke with the rep at the store they told me they would make me another one but it would take about 25min and I had to come get it...mind you I tipped the door dash and paid a delivery fee. .. just go pick it up from now on
Girl I had to call up here and tell them how good this pizza was. I’ve order from this location before maybe it’s new management but most definitely going back.
My husband order green papers and olive pizza the green peppers was so big that it took the taste from the pizza. He also stated to me that no one had no mask or gloves on.. what is this when you are handling other people food
THE REVIEWS SHOULD TELL YOU ENOUGH!This is ridiculous! I ordered my food and waited 1 hour for the WRONG THING TO ARRIVE. Now I can’t even get in contact with someone on the phone! I’ve called twice and was put on hold both times for AN HOUR!!! The food was delivered and it’s unacceptable that I would have to drive there to get the right order and I deserve my money back for wasting my family’s night, and time!
I’ve been coming to this place for long time. But today is my last trip. I ordered a papadia 2 weeks ago and realized once at home that it barely had any meet in it. Since I’m very patient, i gave them another try today with the same result. I went back to the store to complain and this is the new pne they made for me. Still no meet. This people don’t have any regard. If i wanted just a flatbread, i won’t go to papajohns.Save your trip and money. Don’t go to this place.
12/24/2021. 3:50 est. orders pizza at 2:00. Terrible and inaccurate. I'm sure this will go unoticed. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Orders online. Estimated time said 58 minutes. We waited and hour and half to call. Jus to be told the pizzA was ready and still sitting on the store. We asked to speak to the manager, she immediately claimed the pizza jus left. I live less than 5 minutes from this location. The employees and managers have a serous issue. This is the holiday season. I don't know why the papajohns workers there are like that. This location should be shut down. Pap johns, the only reason I came back was because of Shaq. This will be the last pizza me and my family, my business and I'm goin to advise everyone I work with to boycott papa johns. AGAIN. Pizza is still not here btw
Better pizza better ingredients. They were worth the wait. Even though they were busy near closing time, my food was still good and delicious.
Ordered pizzas 12/15 for class party. overcharged and pizzas never arrived. made second second order. It never arrived. Lithonia location sucks and I am so pissed for my students since it was too late to order from another location due to volume of calls. Never again
We ordered delivery at 6:30pm and here it is at 9:49pm and their website says its delivered and it's not. Called the store, apparently they use doordash and the driver stole our food. They didn't offer to replace our food, just refund.
