Awesome lil spot with great tasting food!!
I hadn't been at this spot in a while. I was craving Jamaican food. I ordered large oxtail which was $19 and a large curry goat for $17. Both plates were disgusting. No seasoning in the meat. The rice was dried out. Taste like they just threw cooked meat in sauce. I wouldn't feed this food to my dog. I tried to call them and complain but the number online is disconnected. So I will dispute the $41 charge with my bank and see if they can get in touch with Hilltop. You try to support black businesses only to be served slop!
I’ve came twice and gotten the curry chicken with rice and peas and cabbage and each time the curry chicken tasted as if it was watered down ...so disappointed the last time I came I ask if they had Mac and cheese and she just pointed too it and was like do you want it I said yes when she scooped it on my plate it looked like soufflé it was over cooked bad I said is that over cooked . The lady said “you want it “ I said nope
