I waited in the Drive Thru for over an hour. Got to the pay window; guy took my money, then turned his back to me. Sat at pay window for another 10 minutes before line moved. Lady in car ahead of me was apparently disappointed with her order as she received her food from the pay window but had to move down to the next window to get additional items. Prior to that she had to repeat her order at the pay window. When i finally got to the second window, there was some type of Employee meeting going on. No apologies. I was handed a bag without a greeting. I looked in the bag and all of my food was not there. I discovered this order was not my order, but it had the 10-piece nuggets, so I kept it. I told the employee fish sandwich, fries, apple juice and McFlurry were not in the order. She brought me each item out one by one, no bag. I ordered an M&M McFlurry. I was given an Oreo McFlurry. I started to keep it, then I thought to myself, I paid for this, I want what I ordered. She took it back to let another employee fix the M&M McFlurry. When I got home, my niece told me that there were Oreo's bits under the M&M's. So now I know why they were laughing. The best thing I got this particular night was an apple juice which was boxed. Hard to mess that up. All other food was either mixed up or cold. I believe in supporting my people but come on.... Please do better. This place is in desperate need of management and employee training.
The experience my mom and I just had to endure was disrespectful. We went for my niece. A young lady decided she wanted to have a while attitude while taking my moms order. We get to the window and my mom wanted to confront the worker taking orders through the headset. We pulling up to the the next window and the worker says something “explicit”. I get out the car to defend my mom because NO ONE will disrespect her and get away with it! I do not tolerate disrespect and neither does my mother! If you don’t wanna work DO NOT come to work!!! I’ve worked in customer service so I completely understand how it is when it comes to incompetent customers. However, as an employee you have to be respectful and learn how to handle situations! Also it was dirty in there and the manager was not monitoring his team! DO A CLEAN SWEEP OF THIS PLACE!
Went inside to order because the drive thru was packed. The floor was oily, and slimy feeling, definitely a slip, and fall hazard. The self serve kiosk kept freezing, had to order from cashier. Cursing could be heard from the kids/employees in the back. No manners, totally rude. Ordered nuggets kids meal, none ready. 10min wait. Who appeared to be the manager, wandering around lost looking, eye-balling the female customers and grinning. Every stereotypical thing that could be wrong with a McDonald's, this location is it
Our order had gone missing by the time we reached the first window to pay, but it was found with teamwork from the ladies working that day. The young man at the pick up window made sure that our drinks were re-made...which was greatly appreciated.
Careless baggersNotoriously McDonald's from everywhere always don't put things in the bag. Order Happy meal 2 large and 2 medium fries a 10piece and a Crispy chicken. From first glance everything seems like it made it to the bad but making it home. To my surprise. No Large fries. I understand the sauce but literally what McDonald's advertise. Service is always just bad anywhere.
This McDonald's franchisee is ghetto trash. Instead of coming outside and putting a cone out, turning off their lights at the speaker they allowed customers to pull up to the speaker to say they were closed. The person on the speaker claimed to be the owner ["This is our business." Is what she said when I mentioned reporting them to corporate] and said her name was Dr. Phil. [10:29pm 5/10/2022] ALTHOUGH THEIR HOURS SAY 24 HOURS. I will be reporting this franchise to McDonald's corporate for poor representation of the company as a whole. My experience with this location was less than one star but this is the lowest possible rating so here we are.

Located across from Cookout, KFC and QT gas station on Panola Rd in Lithonia, Ga.A group of men stood outside. Not sure if they were working on something or just hanging out.Went inside and a group of older men were playing chess in a corner.The floor was EXTREMELY slippery. As though they mopped the floor with grease. There service was slow and the young lady in the red shirt acted as though she had had enough of the day. They were out of napkins, straws and sweet tea. Service was slow and I still can't get over the floors. There were several people in line that said they waited a long time in the drive thru line before entering thinking it would be faster. One customer began her order them went to the kiosk and still waited a while for her order.
I came here maybe on Monday but couldn’t order bc they had cones blocking both lanes and a lady even pulled the door handle and they were closed. I came today, Friday, and the line was super long. One lane was open. The lady giving me my food hard her back turned to me listening to a conversation instead of being attentive. She handed me my stuff with her back turned to me. Looking at the other reviews from a year ago and nothing has changed, clearly the manager is okay with it. I won’t be back to this McDonald’s.
