a ok McDonald's location on the Eastside of Atlanta Georgia service ok at best same with the food nothing special just ok that's bout it plus It's by the intrastate which is nice easy access 2 Atlanta & Augusta 2
Very disappointed that I had a big mac meal deal for $5.00 and showed my phone with the 4 digit code. Apparently a worker was helping a new cashier. She told me my meal was free and charged me $7.28 for the deal instead of $5.00. I didn't return because I was heading to the airport for Michigan for my grandson high-school graduation. I will not return to this location that's in my neighborhood. This is the second time in 2 weeks and refused to give this location any more of my money. My credit card information was a part of the McDonald's app and was debited for the incorrect amount. Ghetto
Bad thing is you can’t leave no star or this won’t post. This place is not open 24 hrs. I got there at 5:45am and it was some employees there, but one they won’t answer questions and they are rude. They have cones blocking the drive through. Why not just say we open at 6,7, 8, or whatever times you all open. I’ll never go back!!!!
First off I want to start off by saying this the worse McDonald’s ever! I always have problems with them with their Terrible customer service! Terrible terrible cashier she had a attitude I asked for the manager she ignored me and stared me in my face then a manger walked up on me so rudely even she had a attitude they gave me the wrong food and I was allergic to mustard they still gave me a mustard sandwhich!!!! They offered me a refund which was fine because I didn’t trust them anyways… I was about to fight the manager because she was so rude and disrespectful
I order my child 4 piece chicken nuggets when I got home instead of receiving my child nuggets I open the box and The box was full with white substance not sure if it’s Tatar sauce or ranch!!! But I’m very upset
Service sucks waited over 10 minutes for some fresh fries the lady that took my order was so rude to me. No matter how much you pay them they just rude. That's why I don't eat them
The food here is always good it's usually busy because of the location so I don't complain about that. But my concern is they allow to sleep in the diner right next to the bathroom it's not really Pleasant to dine in that kind of atmosphere also it doesn't really help keep the bathrooms to sanitized. I know some people are in unfortunate situations but as far as the establishment and making sure the guests feel welcome they should address the situation
We waited for over 30 mins for a frappe mcflurry cheeseburger and fries and Dr pepper. Had to flag someone down after being asked to pull forward n give them our ticket to get that and after giving them it a man brings only our frappe out with no food. Smh. Get it together.
Surprisingly this McDonald’s was the gem in Stonecrest. We stopped by for breakfast twice during our weekend in the area. Probably the quickest I’ve been through the drive through at any McDonald’s in a long time. One of my daughters has dietary restrictions and her order was correct both times. Usually it’s a 50-50 shot when I do a special order for her.
