I really hate McDonald’s everytime I come to any store they always mess my order up I asked for a Minute Maid slushie the guy at front counter told me they had blue raspberry slushie I get my food nd it’s not the slushie then he tells me they don’t have any slushies plus my food was made poorly it had a nasty taste to it I’m overly down with all McDonald’s then on top of that I had to wait damn near 30-40 minutes jus for a 2 for 3 nd a slushie that I didn’t get instead they gave me a freeze that I didn’t ask for nor do I want
I didn't eat there but I needed to use the facility because of an unexpected effect from earlier. One of the employees was outside as I was parking and when I asked if I could use the restroom, he gladly and kindly said YES and went inside to open up the door because it was locked. Talk about grateful, I cannot emphasize how much his quickness prevented an embarrassing situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for responding to my request. I am eternally grateful to you and keep up the great attitude.
I wanted me a mocha frappe I stood in line for the longest in the Drive-Thru just for them to tell me they not making it just like that just like what she said
I always find something wrong with my food or service every visit. This location can't get their act together.
Hated the experience manager on duty would not talk to me I used the digital machine, no receipt tape, but could not communicate so I asked for a refund I will not go back to that location with that manager on shiftI actually saw him have a hissy fit I had to ask another employee to ask for the other manager never came out, but the manager not speaking asked for my card and then proceeded to the back, and I asked were are you going with my card???? Came back and proceeded at the register to provide me with a charge back but had instantly put the food bag on the floor look at the video tape I can never take a order at this location if he's working, I go to Mamie's across the street for breakfast and just trying to get something else I like at Micky D's, it will be a while before I try it again, just disappointed for no reasonNo receipt for meThe attitude was rediculous , I will find another location to deal withNo reason to be disrespected, you have to communicate with your patronsI might not even try another location and just go to burger king, and everything at McDonald's taste like candy I'm good for a long time
Bad business the managers was very nasty he threw the drink at my friend but little do no that how people get killed, they were getting ready to close. He had gave her a flat small soda but it was supposed being a large so he changed out to a medium tea. She call her son but by time he could get there the managers had left?
Ordered a Chicken sandwich, large sweet tea & a large cup of ice. When i got to the window they gave me a cup of water instead of ice, i told the lady it was supposed be just a large cup of ice not water. She then gave me a kids cup of ice & when i told her it was supposed to be a large, she closed the window in my face. Just rude!!
Gave me my order wrong. Refused to give me a happy meal that I paid for just threw chicken nuggets in my bag. No drink or fries. Rude cashiers. Will not be back.
One of the colored shirts I assume a manager kept rushing the cashier to get thru w my order I explained I am the customer and until I figure out what I want I will continue to order. I actually had two separate orders I was trying to get right. She kept talking about me all the way to the back to other workers until I advised her I can hear her talking about me and to get a life. I explained to her that customers are what pays her salary to pipe down. I planned on writing a review to corporate to complain about my experience. I was disappointed bc I drive past McDonalds by my house to get good quality food that this location provides I never experienced rudeness on that level at this location like I did that day.
Dropped by to grab a quick bite to eat! Was received very friendly! I asked for what's on the $ menu and she suggested the 2 for $3 deals! That's what I got and had a little money left over!Y'ALL ought to run that "you get change back from McDonald's" ad again, everybody wants retro, so I think it'd be well received! Thank you!
