Usually order online and pickup in store. If there had ever been an issue with this store, it was usually due to staff storage and I cannot fault the company for it. The workers are usually really nice and apologetic. Everyone seems to get along well, and I love to see it!Update: When the pizza is made correctly it’s amazing. When they don’t make it as I place it (extra sauce, extra cheese), it’s really trash and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. For this reason, I’ve started to driving to the Covington location. They get it right every time! For this reason, I have to drop them by one star!

Called to order, was asked to hold, I did. When holding I started to drive there, thinking I would be able to order by phone to save time. After 10 minutes, someone picks up the phone and says hold again. As I reach the store 17 minutes later, the location picks up phone and hangs up on me. When I walk into the store I tell the lady, I was just on hold for 17 minutes and you just hung up on me. She said that they are busy and are no longer taking phone orders. (Could have told me that 17 minutes ago❗) customer service really bad, the corporate service not much better by the ratings.

All 4 of my pizzas were delicious! My pick up order was on time and staff was fantastic!

Pizza and wings are nothing to write home about, the place is convenient for where we live so we frequent it.What's disappointing is when you ask for square cut pizza you don't receive it. The two out of at least 6 times we asked it was terribly cut, I'm talking there were end pieces with only breading, no pizza or toppings attached.Price they're on par with other pizza places, they're quick enough to get your order together as well.

I love Marcos pizza so I was disappointed when my neighborhood location closed. This location is now the one nearest me and when I say they give Marcos a terrible name. I have never had such disgusting food and horrible customer service from any Marcos or any pizza restaurant. I placed an order online two hours before the time I wanted to pick it up. When I arrived to the store to pick up my order the two girls at the front counter told me they prepared me a medium instead of the large I ordered, because they did not have the ingredients for a large. I then asked why they did not call to inform me of the change when they had my phone number from online. The girls just laughed as if me being upset about the inconvenience was funny to them. The pizza they prepared me looked atrocious. The manager then prepared me another pizza, but this time with the incorrect ingredients. I took the pizza home and the taste was disgusting. Worst experience I've ever had with Marcos. They need to close this location down. No one should ever eat from here ever.

This pizza place is ok. They use canned mushrooms on their pizza and there was not enough sauce spread on it. Other than that my pizza was hot and done on time. The staff is very nice.

Not sure what has happened in the last few months but the service at this location has dropped DRASTICALLY smh. They only seem to have young unsupervised workers that can't seem to get any of my orders right even when I express that my last was delivered incorrectly etc. & ask them to go over it with me to make sure it's correct. They barely have delivery drivers & will leave u on hold for several mins. I decided to do a pickup because I wanted to make sure my order was correct & I didn't see a glove or hair net on anyone! I said the last time they delivered the wrong order I was done with them but I tried a pickup because I do like Marcos pizza. I'm definitely not ordering from them again after seeing what was going on inside of there.Marcos is franchised so I'm not sure if they've switched owners or the owner feels our area doesn't deserve quality service because from looking at the reviews & having convo with a couple of customers while I waited & watched the madness this is becoming common for this location & I refuse to support a business that feels like they don't have to provide basic customer service

Come to this location all the time! My pizza and salad have never disappointed. The workers are pretty nonchalant and stressed but cordial. Last time I was there, there was not a glove in sight preparing pizzas.

Mmm mmm.. good!! We got the keto bowl. This bowl is so fresh and delicious. The cheese is authentic, the sauce taste home made and delicious, the veggies taste fresh and the meat is savory and delicious!!You get a lot of food. Its sure to satisfy any appetite. Its under 10 dollars. Its great for lunch and dinner!! I also had to try the baked wings in buffalo!! This is absolutely a must have, you will be completely satisfied!! Like and subscribe if this was helpful!! More bang and quality for your buck!! #retiredmindset

Good EveningI have been to several Marco pizza across the country and this Marco by far was these worst experience I have had. In my opinion this Marco need to be shut down or at the very least need a mass customer service training. When I arrived at the store I attempted to go inside when I was approached by an employee who told me they only offering curbside and had to placed my order by phone. I comply with her request and went back to my car to call in my order I called the number on the door numbour times and no one every answered although I seen several employees inside of Marco’s on their cell phone. I went back to the door and the same young lady approached the door once again and stated “The phone is not ringing in here” then I asked her why she was not able to take my order and she told me that I need to order online so once again I go back to my car to attempt to make a order online and to my dismay .The website stated they were not taking any orders until November 24.This is disturbing to me because I understand there are policies and procedures however, I feel this situation was absurd because it was very obvious that the employee inside were instrested in talk on their cell phone and socializing with one of another instead of providing customer service and doing the job that they are getting paid to do.
