It all come does to one key item, Customer Service. Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Their food is good, and it is consistent from location to location. But when a customer tells the clerk at the window thank you when the food was passed out, and the clerk just stares at you like "why are you talking to me?" Then it's time to find a new Taco Bell to spend my money.
We have to drive 35 minutes to get to this location and it is So worth it!!! The Best Long John Silver's around!!!!There is one much closer to us but it is in a KFC and the fish does Not taste good at all so we go to this location and Love it!!
Customer service was good. Order was correct even though it was a large order and the wait was reasonable.

Sign says open, even dine in open. Couldnt go inside, saw employees eating lunch so no big deal about not being able to go in, we will just order to go. NOPE even with drive thru sign lit up, employee says theyre not open still. Then why are yall at work and not open? I get you have a lunch break but just letting everyone else know, theyre not open. Thats a good way for a franchise to lose money, just sayin
This was my second time at this location. Staff very courteous and polite. Order was correct (drive thru ordering). No complaonts.

Food is never fresh, no matter the time of day. Have been to this location a few times, only to be disappointed every time.
I went yesterday and spent over $30.00 . The food was AWFUL. The fish was old (reheated), as well as the fries. The hush puppies were ok. Never going here again.
