??had 2 cheese pizza and order of bread sticks..my bread sticks nevered made it to the oven .smh but was cut, buttered up..now you no that's just sick..how can you explain passing someone dough..can't get in touch with no one in charge since.. smh
The service here is HORRIBLE! Half the time they won't answer the phone and when they do they may or may not get your order right. Placed an order to have some pizzas delivered. They canceled the order but never called to say why. I tried talking to the manager, bid waste of time. Will definitely be taking my money elsewhere!
This place is cheap is good. It's best to order online and pick up because they never really answer the telephone.
They were so unorganized and my takeout was a online order it was not busy front counter was to busy on the phone texting and I waited for over 20mins the customer services suck the guy employee from back of the house had to come and push everyone orders out and take orders.
Usually a wait but we ordered online! It was easy, fast and well made!

Honestly, I’m surprised this location has 3 stars! Per another review, they’re super slow, terrible attitudes, no remorse, and management could care less. I’m a champion of businesses that employee ppl within the community. However, I’d rather see another DaVido’s here. Customer service is severely lacking! Corporate needs to step in!
I ordered online at 12:55 I got an email that my order was ready at 1:17- I walked in and 1 of my pizza and crazy breast was ready and SITTING IN THE COUNTER not in the warmer. The man behind the counter says I’m waiting on my pepperoni, food still sitting on the counter. 10 minutes and 3 customers who ordered after me at the counter but served before me I had to go ask about my pizza. The guy says 3 more minutes, my other food is still sitting on the counter. He then bring my food. The pepperoni was undercooked on 1/2. The breadstick wet flat and soggy. And of course the counter top pizza was warm and greasy. This used to be my go to little Caesar’s but now it’s just is bad.
I really keep trying to give this place chances with my large orders for children's events/activities so imagine my frustration when I give you the 30 minutes you ask for to make my simple pizzas & average $80 per visit that they keep taking longer & longer with no remorse.I'm really done at this point & will start building a relationship with a pizzeria that wants my money?
Not enough staff so service was slow. I waited 30 min for 1 cheese pizza
