I will never pickup another door dash order here. A bunch of kids with nasty attitudes are running this place. What a joke.
This location is horrible. The wait is ALWAYS long they’ll tell you to park and wait 10 minutes but once we drive back around to the window pizza isn’t done or someone taking long to come to the window. I have seen cars blow just for someone to come and take our order. I went there yesterday and that pizza wasn’t cooked properly and my kid’s was very sick. Every time I turn around it’s different faces they’ve hired. All these young people who play around and don’t know what they’re doing far as cooking and customer service . I’ll never return back to this location.
I was picking up a doordash order and when I gave the customers name, I was stared at blankly and asked "who?" This then proceeded for about 2 minutes of them being confused about the order I was picking up. It took two employees to "find" the order when they "realized" it was placed online, even though i clearly stated upon entering i was picking up a doordash. I was given a 10-12 minute wait time, and the first employee I spoke with decided it was a good use of company time to flirt with me. I left to wait in my car for about 10 minutes. When I came back in I was not acknowledged by anyone. Eventually i was told it would be another 5 minutes. I ended up waiting about 30-35 minutes total, which affects my paycheck and ratings thru doordash. It is concerning that the employees are so unfamiliar with their POS that they can't "find" orders which i assume means the order wasn't even started until I arrived. There is no customer service and no organization and apparently no manager on site.
This location is either hit or miss. You definitely have to make sure you have time. There is usually always a wait time. It depends on who takes your order that determines what service you will get. A lot of young people running this restaurant & they really do try. I usually order the extra most bestest cheese because if I don’t there is a guarantee that it won’t be cheesy at all. Overall they could use more structure & consistency when running this establishment. However, like I say they definitely do try. The young people are courteous & respectful.
Waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes. I couldn't leave because I was blocked in. Once I got to the window, no one was there to greet me or take my order. After 10 minutes of sitting at the window alone, I left to eat elsewhere.
Pizza was burnt. Then other one was under cooked. I waited 45min. There was only one person doesn't excuse poor cooking techniques.
This is by far the slowest and most unorganized Little Caesars I have ever seen. I waited an hour in total (30 minutes at the drive-thru and 30 inside the store) and was never even able to order my pizza. The employees refused to acknowledge me, never even walked up to the counter, and left about 5 customers in the waiting area wandering around waiting for someone to act like we were there. I will be letting corporate know about this and will never set foot inside this establishment again.
My Son and I were going to pickup a Hot n ready from here. Yeah right ! The only thing hot and ready in this branch be the unsatisfied customers. Hot and ready to go off !!! The staff dont ask whos next to order, they just walk up to the register and look lost . No welcome, no hello, just a blank stare. This place reminds me of a bodega. Or that up North hustle when you order a pizza. You get home, open the box and theres a old newspaper inside. Goteeeee!!! So if your homesick for Ny or Jersey. Go inside and get ya.yell on. Staff will still stand there with a blank stare like, we crazy for orderin here. So if your a comedian and need some material, come on in. Just dont be hungry !! Peace!
I was in the drive thur and two employees was in the kitchen kissing and playing with each other so this how we make pizza now wowI didn't see no Manger but the whole case who want a dam pizza from this spot with this going on in the kitchen and they didn't stop like it was a show for the drive thur .I need to see the score in this place .
They only have one person working order online or it will take 30 mins
