If you like chicken, don't stop here. I stopped going to this location several years ago because of bad experiences but tried again since it had been some time. Wrong move. My original recipe chicken was crispy, burnt and had the old grease taste. My fries were okay - the three they gave me. The biscuit crumbled when I picked it up and my tropical punch drink was pure syrup. What is going on? I didn't have time to take it back once I saw it, but I'm done with this location. When you see a food place with no cars during lunch or dinner hours, there's a reason.
I stopped here recently with my 4 year old daughter and she had to use the bathroom. We were on a spring break road trip. When I went in and ask if my daughter could use the restroom they said "customers only". My daughter was obviously in need of a restroom, holding herself and dancing trying not to have an accident and the lady behind the counter. Wearing glasses, Mrs Jones I think the name was refused to let her use the restroom. Now I didn't have a problem making a purchase. However what human being can watch a 4 year old in dire need of a restroom and deny them until purchase something. It was rude and I will be reporting this
I wish I could give no stars. The worst customer service in life. I was in the drive-thur for over 20 minutes. Once I got to the speaker, I was told I had to come inside to place my order. No option,no apologies, nothing. Then, there was silence. This place should be closed.
Unprofessional to say the least… you can’t order in drive thru because they are “short staffed”… but the manager in the lobby sweeping, on the phone on FaceTime and the cashier in the lobby with him. When I ask if they can fry some more crispy wings, the manager said no because if I’m not buying an 8 piece then they won’t cook it… it’s 8pm and they close at 11pm, and won’t fry anymore chicken… the lobby full and the cashier don’t even speak when you get in front of her… don’t recommend ever…
They messed up my order completely and they never have sauce. Black neighborhoods in going to need y'all to get it together. We can't even enjoy food in our own areas because it's either wrong or trash or the employees have an attitude. SMH
I've gone to this location and have had bad service each time. The drive thru is never open. They always ask you to come inside to place your order. It takes way too long to receive your order. I went back today and purchased a chicken sandwich for the 1st time and was disappointed. Look at the burnt grill scrapings on the bun of the sandwich. C'mon now. If Pedestrians are required to wear mask in the establishment then the employee should where there’s properly not on their chin or under their nose
Management was rude. Stood in line with no 1 else in the lobby for 10 min without any of the employees acknowledging me. Then because I ask why my order hasn't been taken, the manager refused to take my order
This establishment has no signs on the door requiring masks. There was 5 people at the table with no masks and the girl behind the counter was visiting with a friend that didn't have a mask on. The girl behind the counter tried to tell me it's the law because it's covid to wear a mask. I was told I could not order because I didn't have a mask. I was also told the manager would throw me out and if I didn't like it I could leave.I wouldn't spend a dime here. Very unprofessional, very rude and obviously a dublestandard with who wears masks and who doesn't....
I went through the drive thru it wasn't to long. I got one of their one piece breast "value" meals deal. My only complaint was that a biscuit was way too hard and I had to go back and get a softer biscuit and a mac and cheese was a little dry. The chicken was pretty decent you know it's KFC I don't do the original recipe because it's kind of salty to me so I did the extra crispy.
