As rude as the lady was I thought the food would be good. SMH I was so disappointed.
Got through quickly (10-15mins)Ordered curried shrimp and a side of noodles and got it hot and fresh. I love that the food was not as salty as other dishes from Asian fast food spots.
Customer service sucks. I paid $16.50 for a small shrimp lo mein and fried chicken wings. Hairs and feathers on the chicken. The lo mein however was delicious.
Food is nasty and without flavor. I will not be returning.

I'm mad at myself because I should have known to check my food before I left. There is a serious language barrier because of the lack of English spoken. The food may be decent but, when I call and tell you my issue is, come back today or you can't be refunded for our mistake. $46.44 is what I spent for my family to eat tonight and only 1/2 the order is right. #GoAtYourOwnRisk #IhardlyEverLeaveBadReviews
Food is good but owners need to improve on their customer service.
Don’t eat here, they gave me a 10 piece and every single chicken was PINK or bloody. Took the food back and they still argued with me about it being cooked all the way. When I got there to show them the chicken the cashier started digging in my rice, when I clearly stated my chicken was the issue. FIRST and last time coming here.
I've been a resident in this area for over 20 years. There's really 2 Chinese restaurants in the immediate area that we patronize. Hong Garden was always our first choice for the better taste factor. However, the last few times we've visited they were very unfriendly. The young daughter works there alot and you can somewhat not expect much from a child, but the others don't speak. Tonight we went to get dinner, the only word the lady muttered was $38.65...handed me the recipe to sign and the bag. No Hello or Thank you...just rude. Customer service sucks and if I'm spending my money a simple greeting would be nice. At this point, I don't know if I want to go back.
Taste like back in the days Chinese food that always has the good rice.
