This evening at 10:06 pm I placed an order to the Dominos location at 2410 DeKalb Medical Park Lithonia Ga 30058. I ordered a large pizza with only marinara sauce and spinach on it. After two hours of waiting for my delivery to arrive to my apartment, I was sent a text message stating my order was canceled. I called the store at 12:10 am and they stated that they were out of large dough until tomorrow so they canceled my order. I am Very very very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication that I received this evening as a loyal Dominos customer. Unfortunately, I will not have anything for dinner this evening.
Horrible experience. Dominos will get no more of my hard earned money. I ordered a pizza at 9:30 PM for me and the kids. aAfter 11:00 I gave the store a call. After holding for over 39 min someone finally picked up and told my my pizza will arrive in 30 min. At 20:01 I got a text saying the pizza was on the way. Stayed up to 1:30 AM and still no pizza. I’ve been calling since they have open and can’t get anyone on the phone
Ordered two pizzas last night never received them. Have tried calling no answer. Called Corporate and no answer there.
TERRIBLE! Literally THIEVES! On Feb 28th I ordered 3 things from here that never even showed up!!! I called the number no way to get in contact with the store. They give you the run around because it turns out this dominos is owned by someone who bought into the franchise. THE FRANCHISE OWNERS DONT HAVE WORKING PHONES AND THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL! The only result I got is my price going up from 28 to 30 and 4 hours worth of hold time, I’ve been unable to go up there due to being out of town and as soon as I get back it will all be addressed in person. Absolutely GARBAGE of an experience. Though I doubt they even care because the owner isn’t even a part of DOMINOS. Go order papa johns or Pizza Hut if you live in this area! LOL
Never picks up the phoneGot my whole order wrong and then up charged me the next day. Has a whole new charge on my card
The cheese pizzas and Cinnamon Twists were alright. The Lava Cakes were a little burnt. The cook said the Parmesan Bread Bites were normal after I brought them back. Didn't even leave the parking lot. I worked at Domino's...twice. Even if I didn't, my eyes work fine. This isn't anything like the commercial on TV. Knowing that I've made this several times, it's pretty disrespectful to have someone pay for this then tell them "this is just how it proofed but it's normal". I hope the managers and the store owner actually read the responses on Google Maps.
Words cannot explain how upset I am with the service or should I say lack of service. I ordered 2 pizzas at 3:38p 2/9/22. The tracker showed that my pizzas were delivered at 4:20p, and I had NOT gotten any pizzas. I called the number on Google, and was on hold for 28 mins. I had to disconnect call to log back into work. I called 4 times, could never speak to anyone. The last call, I was on hold for 51 mins. The call hung up on me. Extra furious at this point, when I logged off of work, I drove to the store. For them to tell me that they cannot refund my money, and that I would have to come back in the morning to speak with the GM. They open when I have to log into work, so that is not possible. I left my number with the manager Anthony to advise him to please have his GM call me since I cannot come to the store. I never received a call. And the corporate number keeps you on hold forever. Here I am out of my money, and never got any pizza. Daisy was the supposedly the delivery driver, I sure would like to know who she delivered my pizzas to. They just lost a customer, and I order there alot!
Terrible terrible terrible... I have been on hold for over 45 minutes to get someone in the store because my pizza is cold and overdone and no sauce for dipping my cinnamon sticks in. I will never patron this store again because of your lack of decency to even answer your phone to rectify this situation. I want a complete refund because this is absurd
Walked in and said out loud hello? ..... Nobody spoke. Then young lady behind the counter said we will be right with you. No one had on a mask. Customer service is absolutely sad. Nobody forced anyone to work at Dominoes if you don't like your job QUIT.....
I went inside to place my order as I have done a few times before and was told I had to do it online. I was not well with that. So I go out and place my order online and chose to pay at store. Why do you have registers in your store if you can't take orders but I was able to pay on your register...smh. So I made a complaint to Customer support and still awaiting a response. Won't give them my service again until they do. Btw, my order was ready in 15 mins but my pizza was cold. They had just brought back an order from delivery which I think they passed on to me. I tried calling the store to complain and they never answered the phone.???
