I am very disappointed, this location is always slow. I sit in line for almost 45 minutes every time I go. I'm tired of giving y'all a chance. Tonight my husband had to wait in line for an hour. Then they dropped my food, my shrimp are over cooked and fries are burned, I asked for sweet tea and they gave me water. They have them young girls in there and they don't know what they are doing. I rarely give out reviews but this really got me upset.
I hate liars and I can't stand when it's done to my face. They kept swiping my card and they charged me twice so when I went in to see about me being refunded, she tried to pretend that they didn't when my bank showed it happen, she then told me she refunded me the money and I still don't have it and I showed them that it didn't refund, so since they have continued to lie I'm choosing to lien their business and maybe they'll learn that it would've been easier to refund the money than to have to go through since they want listen and think they are above the law, so be it.
Drive thru only, inside still closed. Very long wait in drive thru, 30 minute wait. The service was good once we made it up to order, food was hot. Not sure if I will go back the wait time was a bit much.
Arrived at the drive through at 10.am and waited till they were supposed to open at 10.30. The person inside ignored us at opening time and didn't take our order. We assumed they were a Lil behind and tried the drive through again at like 10.43 the lady inside moving around ignored us again so we just left. See if it was her business she would have assisted us but because she's just an employee she can care less about a loss. She deserves to be the 9to5 worker she is
Would've given 5 stars. I go here a lot but something told me to open my cup and look inside. It was a very tiny worm creature with antennas on the inside of the cup right above th3 drink. I just poured it out and bought a drink from else where. Please check your cups and especially your kids' cups and food.
This classic place is always spot on! I had the peanut buster parfait and it was awesome! Just doesn't taste right without the red spoon!
Love the family orientated environment in this lovely establishment. The food and ice cream was exceptional. I will most definitely come back and look forward to getting the pecan cluster blizzard for sure next time!!!
There ice cream is the best in the Atl.
spent over 40 minutes in drive thru line with only 3 cars ahead of me. Seems like only two ppl where even working. Food was great, but fast food is supposed to be quick. Wasn’t even a busy time of day
Mmm mmm good. The ice cream is very good. I had a banana split with chopped nuts. My daughter had a brownie something good!! You can't go wrong. They have combos that include icecream also. Everything is reasonably priced. Dairy Queen is a great place to stop for lunch/dinner or a refreshing desert. This is definitely a great place to bring the family!! Its located in a large parking lot but it's easy to get to. They have a drive thru and tables outside on a patio to eat at. The service was friendly and fast.
