There was a hair in my sandwich that I got on my lunch break. Because I had to work I could not return the sandwich immediately. When work was over I returned the sandwich but, they refused to give me a refund. The manager accused me of placing my own hair in the sandwich. He claimed that no one who worked there had hair like mine, which I find hard to believe since I look like everyone else in the community. He also said that since the sandwich was only 5 dollars it wasn't a big deal. I countered that since the sandwich was only 5 dollars, why would I go through the trouble of planting a hair, driving back up to the restaurant, and asking for a refund. Hopefully this review costs them potential customers and more than the 5 dollars they cheated me out of.
I truly don't know why this restaurant has decent reviews because my experience was terrible. I ordered a chilli cheese dog combo. It was scary what I received. I recieved an ice cold hot dog that appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp, with graded cheese. No condiments. My advice don't do it. Terrible absolutely Terrible.

I had a fantastic experience at this DQ, Sunday April 3rd 2022! I had a long and varied order using the DQ App. I ordered chicken fingers, chili dogs, milk shake burgers etc. But DQ hit it out of the park! I was expecting something to be wrong and I would've been cool with it, given the length of the order. But everything we ordered was right and tasted superb! The drive thru was extremely busy, with a line wrapped around the building. But the staff was nice and courteous and got things moving as best they could. Thanks DQ for the wonderful experience!
Today march 9 I ordered 6 pc chicken tender combo with chocolate cookies dough blizzard treat and buster bar .. when I order online I do not order from Dairy Queen but I have taste of crispy chicken tender so I decided to ordered there and it was very delicious I love the crispy chicken and the buster bar taste just liked the peanut butter parfait my mom used to get me and my brother when we was young my brother still get it but I do wish they sell it online but the bar taste just liked it and it an bigger bar so $2.87-$3.74 is worth the money … I put the rest of the bar in my blizzard it was so good
