These people that are working here have the lingo on point! They say it so fast and succinct its like "did I just order"? Ha ha they are able to get you IN AND OUT and on your way with their made to order food Pronto! These people know how to do fast food!!Love their Tray options too. I always get a burger tray with two chicken ranch wraps and a orange push up shake!
The person that was at the cashier was deplorable! Her customer service was NONE! She dropped a dollar of my change before she put the money in my hand. She then proceeded to tell me that I could get it. I opened my door, didn't see the money. She said you were too slow, now it went under your car. That's when I told her I wasn't pulling forward like she suggested to see if I could see the money. Meanwhile there was a line behind me. I asked for the manager. I saw her speak to him, he never came over, but he gave her a dollar. She gave me a folded bill and slammed the window. I cursed her and left, but not happily.
One of the worst cookouts in Atlanta. These kids don’t care about the quality of the food or their customer service. Every time I come here they mess something up
I want to give them 5 stars because my last visit there was a new employee and she was so nice. But any other time horrible customer service and food thrown together
So I get off of work at 1130pm. By the time I'm in my neighborhood it's after 1am... they are quick an courteous and the only place open other than waffle house... you get exactly what you order... even tho it's always a line they go thru it pretty quick.
This is by far one of the best cookouts I have went to in the area. It's surprising how efficient they are there and how they pretty much take care of you and get you on your way. I would recommend this cookout to anyone who enjoys cookout.
U got my❤?when it comes to a Friday lunch r dinner man I would put me some pork n beans maple up on the fire n base it out with some avocado n I'm good. They on point with the order..they r accurate nomatter what the high volume of customers. I hope ur boss love his employees cuz they r definitely going above n beyond. DU YU THANG COOK OUT??
After going to two other burger places tat claimed to be open but weren't it was refreshing to go to Cookout. They were open with good quick service.
This is the best location that I've gone to in the ATL. My food mostly is on point. There may have been a mishap a couple of times but that's it. The downside is most of the time it's packed but otherwise it's great. I guess others think it's great to by how busy it always is.
This was my first time visiting this location, and they are wwaaayyy too busy for the small parking lot and single line. They need to upgrade to double lines like the location in Athens. Other than that, all was well
