First let me start by saying the service was horrible….. after a long day of work I just wanted time to chill,drink have a good meal but the service messed up my whole vibe… the bartender was also no help with suggesting the most liked drink, she acted like my question was a insult or something…. This was my first and definitely my last time. That’s also a Long Island ice tea and a shot of henny. That was the worst Long Island I have ever had in my life…. Tasted like liquor and water…. This was so bad the food was also not tasty. I hate this happened because I always tip ten dollars or more but tonight I just couldn’t bring myself to pay for such horrible service. Real let down? the mashed potatoes were good tho❤️
Had a pretty bad experience here. The server had to be new. After we took our drink order, it took 20 minutes for the waitress to cone back to our table to take our order. We ordered our apps and mains. We ordered egg rolls and skillet spinach queso. The egg rolls looked like they were thrown on the serving plate. We ordered our food to go when we made our initial order and the server brought our food and we had to remind her about our queso.We would’ve told her earlier, but she never came to check on us. She had 30 mins to check and she never came. When we received our queso, it was in a small serving cup. We ordered the SKILLET spinach queso that was supposed to have tomatoes in it as well. On top of all this, the server got my order wrong multiple times so we had to wait at the table irritated and ready to go home. Never again.
Hmmmm. The food was delicious and hot. The "Over Worked" waitress was amazing...GREAT attitude. She was the only waitress during a lunch rush. The wait to order and receive food was much too long but when I did get it, it was perfect. Tootles to my amazing - great attitude waitress who made my long wait seem like just seconds. Thank you for an awesome and amazing job.
Customer service is horrible!! Took 20 mins for her to come to the table. Her attitude matched the food HORRIBLE!! I asked for water the glass was dirty. Sent it back just for that glass to be dirty as well. The manager attitude was horrible as well. His response was to get a paper cup!! How about was the dishes and let guess enjoy clean dishes. My husband had to eat his steak with plastic because of no clean silverware. The ribs the other person in my party ordered was burnt. The manager response was that's how they come if you don't like it it's nothing I can do about it.I would give this place zero stars if I could.
I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger with loaded mashed potatoes through Door Dash. I've never had an issue with any orders from Chili's until now. My loaded mashed potatoes had a piece of a paper napkin mixed into it that unfortunately ended up in my mouth. Fortunately, I did not choke on it. I wish I could post the picture of it but I'll do that elsewhere. I ordered this on April 13, 2022 a little over an hour ago.
The Staff was great, and the Manager was awesome! The food was also very good! 5 Stars
The wait was long, multiple vacant seats visible but 20 min wait . Waitress was not very friendly or attentive! Then to top everything off FOOD WAS COLD AND NASTY , couldn’t tell waitress/ bartender never really checked back so just paid left ! I never had chilis but do to everything being nasty I will never EVA! GO BACK ! There is a lot of other places around this area , so just go there mkay.
I ordered curbside pick-up, the time frame advised 8:54 pm - 8:59 pm to pick-up order. It took me about 15 minutes to get there making my arrival and check in time 8:55 pm, I received notification my order would be out shortly. At 9:06 pm I called to see if the order was ready? and was told by the young lady who answered it was and she was just waiting for it to clear.? Another 10 - 15 minutes later the food is walked out.I checked the bag and noticed the soup I ordered is certainly not a bowl but a half filled cup of soup. I asked the young lady and she begins to provide explanation "they didn't have anymore bowls and it's two scoops". I opened the cup to show her the half filled "cup of soup". She corrected it by bringing another full cup of soup with all the toppings. The entire order of food was cold.I will not return for several reasons: your excuse for shorting your customers can't be you don't have bowls as that's what was paid for so I'll give you a half full cup, pick-up your order within a time-frame to sit for 20 minutes or so and your serving cold food.
Just subtract the little 1 star I put up top because they don’t even deserve it. My experience was terrible! It even scarred my 4 yr old. If we are ever in the area trying to decide on food he literally says “WE ARE NOT GOING TO CHILLI’S!”I took my kids there for a Sunday evening dinner. They had 1 waitress over on our side but only about 4 tables were occupied. We placed our orders as soon as the waitress got a chance to come to our table.It took her a good 20 mins to come to us in The first place. Then after we ordered it took another 15 mins to get the drinks. The kids started looking around at this point. And at this point I just knew this was going to be bad. My 4yr old starts asking for food drinks…… something. At this point I felt like I invested so much time here it was too late to go somewhere else.After the drinks we waited 30 more mins for appetizers. We were so hungry! At this point I don’t even know how much longer the food took to come. I stayed calm. Never once complained other than ask how much longer on our food. (I’m not the person to create a scene or get angry). So my food comes half way through mine the 2 older kids food came. My 4 yr old was so hungry at this point he started eating from his siblings plates. His food never came until we were done eating! He was so mad. He’s an Aquarius so just know he knows how to hold a grudge! So he hates Chilli’s!Hire people! Pay them! This was unacceptable!
This is the worst ever! Took 30 mins before we were even greeted at the table by our server! We order everything at once drinks and food! NOTHING came out right at all! Drinks came like 20 mins later with no straws After 40min food came not all the food...still no straws And for my 13yr to be so hurry and now crying to find out that the waitress never entered her food order at all! My friend her food was cold, look like they just redropped her food and must gave it back,because it didn't look fresh at all, We ever got straws until asking for the 6th time and food was already on the table to still never get them until a hour and some later talking to a manger? and still nothing was solved! When she finally brought my food it was still wrong...... And my daughter never received her either, well y'all keep all your wrong doing and food and we went home to cook! Just a waste of time and effort! My first and last!
