I’m only giving this location two stars because they righted their wrong, but this place is disgusting!! Maybe they need to close the lobby back to pick-up only. I felt like I was in McDonalds ?. I ordered a salad and there were TWO gnats in it. One dead, one alive! I was refunded, after declining a remake. There were hella flies in here. Everyone was moving around like it was normal. Like they didn’t see them. I was so disgusted. There THREE flies on the photo I took. That doesn’t include other parts of the menu and the ones flying around. I think I counted 9, then stopped ?. Turner Hill location doesn’t have to worry about seeing me ever again!
Located off of Turner Hill, in Stonecrest, Ga. In front of the mall and next to a furniture store. Great service as always but, I wanted to pay for someone else's food and I think that confused them and slowed them down a bit. The large fries never seem to last long and they gave me enough sauce for my nuggets with plenty of napkins. I don't think they have the dining room open just yet and if you miss the turn to go into the drive thru, you have to go all the way around and go back to the light.
Ordered 2 spicy deluxe meals, asked for lite ice on our drinks. We got regular spicy sandwiches and cups full of ice with very little drink. We decided to just eat them because we are on a tight schedule. But we didn't like the fact that they didn't even offer to fix it and the service was subpar, they were slow taking our order and then bringing out the food. Plus the inconvenience of having to get up and ask for a refill on our drinks when that could just be avoided by giving us what we ask for.
Poor customer service. Requested table service to Table #8 when using the app and they still called out my name up at the counter. The sticker on the bag said the #8 but they proceeded to tell me why it was my fault that they didn't deliver to the table. Then I had to to back to the counter to get my drink. Just very poor performance today from this location. And then the food was cold.
I'm never disappointed when I come here. Friendly staff, my food is always good perfect temperature. The lines are long often times, but they move pretti quickly. It's unbelievable actually. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam West. Manager, maybe even the owner. He is a very nice man and was even outside working with his team....which you don't see often at any restaurant.
4/22/22 10:50a My fiance wanted chick fil-a after his eye surgery and tunnel hill was on the way home. First complaint wait time was long. Second, our order was wrong He wanted a chicken sandwich add tomato and mayo no LETTUCE!!!! I said it three times!!! I ordered a lemonade shake, I tasted ONLY vanilla no lemonade. We asked for ketchup and sauce. It was not in the bag. If I knew we were going to have McDonald's experience. I would had taken my 13.00 to McDonald's. This was the worst experience from Chick-fil-A. DISAPPOINTED!!!
It was a horrible experience. Didn't get the order right and on top of it the worse sandwich ever with bread so hard I had to take the meat off the bread to eat it. Had to put my own cheese on it since they didn't put it on even tho I paid for it. All I can say is never again Stone Crest.
My family loves Chick-fil-A! Soup, fries, sandwiches, mac-n-cheese, and good customer service. Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner! This store is almost always packed so we rarely dine in. My biggest complaint is the parking lot and drive through areas are very small and crowded, also this location is extremely tricky to get in and out of - Heavy traffic often makes access chaotic to say the least!
How can a chicken place not put chicken in their soup Everytime I go here I have to tell them Please give me some chicken in my chicken soup this time I got my food home and Again 2 tiny pieces of chicken in both the soups I got I see if it was mistakenly 1 But both Which means they are barely putting any in their recipe ingredients And don't get me started on the wrap You will be eating bread and lettuce .
It was packed like sardines, but we went thru that line like melted butter. Lol. I don't know how they do it, but oooh we. And they got the order correct and it was steaming hot. And had smiles. Lol i love it. I'll do commercials for them as long as I get to eat their food free lmao. I just love them. ❤️
