Ordered a #8 (grilled wrap meal) and was given an 8 count nugget meal. After having to walk from my car back into the mall, I had to pay the difference, and after asking if I get fries with my new meal, the manager argued me down (over a $2 fry girl?). I’ll never choose this CFA location again.
BY FAR THE WORST CHIC-FIL-A KNOWN TO MAN. It does not matter the time of day. It can be 1 customer or none at all and you still have to wait longer than the people ordering in line. They are never together and i do not recommend this location to anybody on LUNCH or trying to be in and out.!!! At this point, Just close it down and put a mcdonalds in its place. That way we atleast know what to expect.
This has to be the worst Location I have ever encountered. I have been here 4 times on different days at different hours and I have NEVER gotten fresh fries here. They are always stale, cold, and old. Milkshakes are disgusting. And the entrees are packaged with zero care. I just ordered two inedible veggie wrap combos, tired of wasting money at this location. I’m contacting corporate.
Fries were soggy. The lemonade had absolutely no sugar, not sweet at all. The sandwich was good.
This is a disaster everytime I have a door dash here. No hand off plane. Masks below the nose and just a mess.
Fresh, fast, hit & delicious! Nuggets with kale krunch salad & mac-n-cheese. Loved it!
Food was delicious. That is the only reason this location is getting 3 starts. Drive-thru was unorganized. One of the slowest locations I've been too. But again the food we received made the confusion and wait worth it. Probably should do a little more training before you send employees out to do the drive-thru
