My rice was burnt so it spoiled my whole dinner. Spent almost $50 in there for the family and we didn’t enjoy our food. Even the fries weren’t cooked properly. How do you mess up fries? Wow. Quality has gone way down. Won’t be back.
They make some good wings, first time trying this spot and won't be the last.
Soggy, dry fries. Very little meat on the sandwich, brown lettuce in the salad, and the wings were ghost pepper spicy.No thanks.

I will never order wings from this place again! The wings were old and dry I paid for extra sauce didn’t get that and I ordered a 15 piece and they sent me 12. Asian Mgr was extremely rude. When I called in a young girl picked up and he was being disrespectful in the background, then I asked to talk to him and he tried to speak as though he could barely speak English when I just had heard everything clearly in the background. Terrible service

Usually love this place. Today I was trying to order a 25 piece that is shown on google menu, the lady that answered the phone was so rude. She first stopped me when I said 25 wings saying they don’t have that. As I was thinking about what should be my next move; not even 10 seconds later she rudely asked “can I help you”. I replied “yes give me a moment I’m trying to see what I need to order”, and before I could finished she stops me and says “well I have other customers in line that I’m trying to get—“. Before she could finished I hung up. I can tell she’s the older lady that usually works in the morning, because I order here regularly. Was my favorite spot. Not anymore.
i used to patronize this establishment. I will no longer spend anymore more money here with this restaurant. the owner is rude and customer service is substandard. gone are the days where as a black man will i ever support another minority asian business due to the treatment received from these foreign owners. from this day forth, i will only support black owned businesses. yes, the order was canceled after receiving the wrong order and placing it with the non english speaking and uncomprehending owner 4 times. i should have followed my first which was to walk out of the business but i thought i would give a fellow minority business owner some support by buying from his establishment. that philosophy is thrown out of the window. people may continue to support his business but i in good conscience cannot and will not tolerate a rude business owner while spending my money. this business has lost a customer and i surely will pass the word on every platform of this experience and recommendation not to support this business.
Chili cheese fries weren't what I thought it would be. Look like they just didn't care at all. Take chili cheese fries off the menu please
