Crazy drive thru, only 1 car in front of mine but took forever and I saw why..the gal taking the drive thru orders is having complete side conversations and ignoring people trying to order, i has to keep asking if she heard what I had said then she would just go off again talking to an employee. Super unprofessional!! When I finally got to food window, I was referred to as “Mama” , lol, she was nice but it was just odd?? They just seemed really disorganized, especially the drive thru girl on hot mic. I hope the food is good after all this rigmarole!
I have been setting in line at the drive thru for about 25 minutes to place an order!!!! Are you guys cooking to order? Is only 2 people working? I love the food and don’t want to drive to Wesley Chapel. This is just plan ridiculous. What happened to drive through speedy service? I know you might not truly care because you may be under staff but come on now. Oh my God I just placed my order and it seems like she has an attitude….
My fish was awful. I ordered a two piece fish and fries and the flavor and texture were not what I knew Captain D's to be. I called to speak with the manager and she said that they had to use a different fish due to supply issues and that would be for the foreseeable future. I know this type of situation is happening with other businesses as well, but they should have at least let the customers know of the change. I ended up throwing away the fish it was so bad. This is the second time I experienced this at Captain D's.
Waited in drive-through for 50 minutes. Stop doing military discounts for service members... Very upset about that. Is custom services great.
The food is always fresh and hot. I just left there, the drive thru had a line but they moved faster than I expected!
The dinners that I purchased appear to be sliced in half the fish was very small in portion it was good but it was very small hadn't seen fish that small from captain d's from captain d's before
Terrible service! Cold food and they messed up my order. I called in and they offered to replace my meal. I came back and sat there for 30 min waiting for 10 pieces of fish I never received. Waste of time and money.
Wasn't happy about the okra...went back and got the same greasy recooked okra. It was loaded with grease....I can't stand to get recooked okra...I go almost everyday an order okra....I was just really disappointed.
Did not like how I was greeted at drive thru. Did not sound like they was happy to be there. It wasn't formal. When I drove up to the order speaker the people sounded sad with stating " go ahead" I almost thought there was telling me to go ahead around the window. Please take Chick-fil-A example of being very enthusiastic and bubbly and happy to serve people
The team/crew that works there is always nice but they are always out of something. Why let me order a fish and fry but you don't have fries and don't tell me until after sitting in that long line when I'm getting ready to pay? Also the price is too high for those little fish stick they are passing out. I swear they are literally cutting a piece of fish into 3/4 pieces because it's always small like that.I once ordered a fish sandwich and they took 2 piece of the regular fish and put it on a bun. It was far from the filet that was advertised.
