It took more than 15 minutes to make Whopper burger. I wanted a chicken sandwich but was told that would take 10 minutes. And that is why I ordered a Whopper. You see that did not work out well. This will be my first and last time going to this location.
Drive thru service is horrible. Waited 20 minutes to get to the intercom just to be told to hold on and wait about 20 more minutes with 4 to 5 associates on duty. Line was from the window darn near to the entrance but I guess that's what type of service you get when you have 4 to 5 what it looked to be teenage associates on duty taking there times though I guess. I know not to go anytime after idk 5 or 6 ??♂️

Rude females at window. Also a LIAR right in customer face, I had to tell you BOTH AGAIN, also lazy and not informed on your own duties to help customers on things they do Not know!...yall got Very Poor attitudes and service...no wonder this location is always empty
I have a Burger King around the corner but there's always some kind of issue so I drive the extra minutes to this location. Never a long wait, food is always fresh and the staff is friendly.
Stop here for lunch a couple times this week and the drive thru line was to the street and the dining room closed but they have about 5 ppl working in the store at the time!! People just taking advantage of this "pandemic". These companies are gonna see how fast they sales drop and then wanna take action. It's gonna be too late but then. It's hard to remove a nasty taste in your mouth?
One time they got our order wrong three times and locked us out from getting it right the last time. This wasn't just any regular order these were 2 $44 orders. Well one was $48. But still, even after the first time we tried to get our food corrected there were multiple employees that laughed in our face and walked away from the door. Note: Dine In was closed. And even the manager was rude. Also one girl pretended to be the manager but we knew she wasn't the manager.
Ordered online mid afternoon in a weekday and hour ahead of time. Get to the location they closed on the inside drive thru line wrapped around the building. My food ordered and paid for why do I have to sit in this line for 30 plus minutes that’s is the point of ordering online. Smh I wish I could find the owner if this place horrible
Quick bite to refuel after climbing Stone Mountain. Staff were efficient though not overly friendly. Burgers were made fresh and served hot.
Horrible location and horrible services. Went through drive thru, it was not very busy and they had us pull pass the window to wait for our food to be brought out, only for them to never bring our food out. We had to go inside for our order, only to get home and our whoppers not fixed right. They did not put our cheese on the whoppers, but we were charged for it and they didn't put any pickles or onions. The fries were cooked in old grease and please stay away from the cheese sticks.
