They were short staffed but working as quickly as they could. Waited about 15 minutes to order, but then the food was ready in about 5 minutes. The lobby needed the tables wiped down and the bathrooms were quite dirty. There was one young man working the drive thru and helping the front line. He seemed the most organized and was very detailed knowing who needed what and even that a car passed the drive thru payment window without paying.

Isaiah at Panola Road Burger King is doing a fantastic job. Super pleasant and patient. Today is his first day and I was so grateful to be his customer. Keep up the good job. His trainer was super patient and suggested I leave this review for him. Thank y’all for showing up because it’s hard to find good customer service with the times we are in! You are appreciated!!!!

Waited in drive-thru for 35 minutes. When I was finally able to request the order, I was greeted and asked to wait briefly. After one minute of wait time, I was asked to come inside to order. I drove away and committed to never return to this location on Panola Rd. Very poor customer service.

The worst excuse for breakfast ever. Obviously microwaved sandwiches to the point that the paper wrapping was stuck to the bread of the sandwiches and wouldn't come off. I could have squeezed a half a pint of grease out of each breakfast sandwich. I had to go back through the drive through a second time because they left out the hashbrowns, which turned out not to be worth eating. Cold and stale tasting. And to top it off the coffee was barley warm.

Dont do this to yourself, if you went and agree you should not have went, give me a like. When you finally pull up to the drive through window that you could barely see through due to dirt. Staff did not know what ingredients went on a spicy whopper.

This drive thru literally took almost an hour because the entire staff was outside in the parking lot. I promise she opened the window & I smelled a black n’ mild. They looked like some black n milds too…Just Ghetto!

The only things I got that were right were the 8 piece nugget and one of the two orders of fries. One order was missing. Neither sandwich was remotely coreect..pics will show what was ordered and what was receivedThe bacon melt is nowhere to be found. The chicken sandwich is missing the bacon and the cheese... and no one is answering the phone

They made sure they took my money and then everyone that ordered the impossible whopper had to wait 25mins before they're food was ready. The ask you if you wants your meal size to be small, medium or large. You asked and paid for a medium and received a kids size fries you stop to complain but now you are rushing. (And you might have have to wait on the next time fries ready)

Worse service I have encountered. The so call manger for 9am in drive thru repeatedly told my order at least 5x. We heard cell phone ring. She kept asking repeat my order. Then didn't give me a receipt said she didn't even get my order right. All I wanted a sausage biscuit. And got everything but that biscuit. Took them nearly 6mins to bring mustard and jelly back, that I didn't need without my biscuit.Don't know if they short on help or what but kindness goes a long way. Putting cell phones up will help to listen and hear customers.Greasy.... ugh

Customer Service is Bad!! Lines is always long. Drive through is ridiculous. Gotta do better. Only come for the impossible burger. Not anymore. Daughter waited at the drive thru for 10 mins and worker kept say please hold!! If I were the owner I would clean house!! I’m sure the reviews don’t help the business neither.
