Biscuits are spectacular! I really don’t like the chicken. I know, I know! Pearls grasps! Lol but…… I don’t. I don’t like the way they cook it, and how they hold it. One time it was breaded so much like they just kept putting flour on it. I think that experience left me on the other side of the fence. So I just get biscuits, plain, country ham, steak, and eggs and cheese!
I can’t stand businesses who partake in this covid charade almost 3 years later. Open the doors, stop being lazy and blaming it on covid. there’s no mask mandates, planes have lifted them, and we who fund your business are sick of the blame game. also if you’re going to keep your doors shut have the capacity and ability to have a sense of urgency for the drive thru. It’s not a hard job. It’s been 10 minutes and I literally haven’t moved. Won’t get my money again.
Says they close at 10 on google. I get there at 8:30 and the line never move until 9:05 and they say “sorry if you we’re waiting on line but we close at 9 and have nothing to serve” today is 04/19/2022 rewind the video tape and see if I’m lying. They held the line on purpose to not have to make anymore food. Impossible not to serve a customer for 30 minutes. I understand the work force is worse than it’s ever been but my time is money and you wasted it. I came there one night and tipped every employee 20 dollars just as a thank you for coming to work. Jokes on me.
If I could give zero stars I would. How is the chicken dry as h3ll at 11:00 am?! Not to mention tasteless..Do they use seasoning at Bojangles? They must have skipped it today..Keep your money..A waste of 8$

Every thing was great. They took the time to make heart shaped Bo-berry biscuits on Valentine's Day. That was so sweet of them. I Loved it.
Always have a line wrapped around the building, but have one car at the window! So they literally do one car at a time! They take their order, let them drive up, service them, then when they drive off, take the next order! That's crazy! Can't even turn into the parking lot. Only become of their drive thru Shenanigans! Then we wait and they have the attitude when we get to the window! We should have the attitude not you all. This process is so slow! Hire more help!!
The food is good, the staff is friendly but they are kind of slow.
I will say that the staff here is always friendly. However, witnessing the person that handles the money use the same gloved hand that had been taking and returning credit cards and cash, to dip a cup into the ice bin and contaminate it was disconcerting. I'm glad I dumped my ice when I got home because there was debris on the ice. Then I started wondering about my food.... Wasted trip, food and money.
