The food was old.. prices on the menu board was not what they charged.. when I called them on it, the lady came out to see if I "knew what I was looking at".. she claims the prices had changed that day and they'll cover the 10 cent difference.. (I don't believe it because she wouldn't have to come and check if that was the case.. she would/should have known, it was 6pm by this time!) Crazy.. wanna act like it's was nothing but wanna charge 45 cents for bbq sauce! So after I paid, the guy tells me to wait at the line.. it took them about 5 mins to bring me the food, when I got home and opened the box (I ordered a 3 piece wing meal with fries and Macncheese and a kids meal with tenders and fries) the chicken looked and tasted old, like they double fried it and the fries were so hard.. in the kids box I know they found the smallest tenders they had and those fries were hella hard too! What a waste of $15! I will never go back to this location again.. what a poor representation of Bojangles! I really need to contact the corporate office and get a gift card or something to cover my $15!
At this point they should just advertise it as a drive thru only. They have it advertised on Google that in store dining is available but it’s not true. People going over there thinking they can eat inside only to get there and have to get in the long drive thru that’s super slowwww…keep operating cost down by not having a bigger staff I guess
The Panola location is worth the wait. Its a long wait so give some time before you go. But literally the best fried chicken in town and the best chicken biscuits for sure! Like whoever grandma they got back there making the biscuits is darn good at it. I hope the quality never changes. Just wish the wait was shorter
The drive thru line is always extremely busy. I always seem to have a 30 min wait. I can't wait until the dining area is open again. But the food is always good and fresh.
My assistant told me she'd never eaten at Bojangle's, and I was appalled! I took her to the nearest location and was excited for her to experience her first meal. I was super disappointed. The Bo Rounds were cold and inedible. The chicken was cold and tough. The biscuits were still amazing!The gentleman who took our payment was nice but clearly overwhelmed. He looked like he may be the cook, as he was covered in flour. He apologized for the drink machine being out.
This Bojangles is the worst!!!!! Every single day the drive thru line is excessively long and you CANNOT order food inside the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant has been closed for months due to Covid last year 2021. The ONLY way you can order food is online through door dash, Uber eats or post mates starting at 9am. You can’t even order food over the phone but it’s listed as a option to order online, Crazy right!!!! NO ONE is outside directing traffic. Bojangles on panola rd. Should invest in double lane drive-thrus and workers who stand outside to take orders, just like chick-fil-a. There is NO reason whatsoever as to why people have to sit in a drive thru line for an hour or a hour and a half to order breakfast!!! It’s a shame!!! Who ever is the owner of this location should be fired immediately!!! THE WORST EVER!!!!!!
Normally grits are on point, but today. Biscuits are always fresh and hot! This place is super busy! That's a great sign!
Horrible in a line for 25 min just to get a biscuits. After almost 2 years of no dine drive through only.you would think they would be really good at it.
I'm so angry and upset...the employee (older woman)so busy talking with the other employee (another older woman) they totally messed my order up and for kicks, I asked for some jelly and ketchup, she gives me four packages of ketchup only... so sad...
They are so focused on rushing you to place your order, but they have no focus in getting your order done correctly in the drive-thru. I ordered and paid for a 3 piece- got a 2 piece with no biscuit. Ordered a Sierra mist - got carbonated water with no sweetener.
