I bought this delicious grilled chicken salad yesterday which was great ??..but I gave it 4 stars because of the rap music??.When I'm going to purchase my food or wait on my food. I don't want to hear no ghetto music?It is a big turn off but besides that the food is great.
They need to work on customer service here period ! Everybody in the world knows that American Deli has small wings , but if they’re going to be small I don’t want them BURNT and full of DRIED UP SKIN ! The cashier had an attitude because I asked her to switch them out! And y’all wonder why it’s a video circulating the internet of the cashiers getting beat up by the customer. Fix that horrible attitude… we are GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS. That is all
My first and my absolute last time visiting this American Deli. The customer service was TERRIBLE. Not only did they mess both of my orders up, I was overcharged. The light skinned heavy set woman with braces and dreads as well as her underdressed, bonnet wearing, side kick (lowest level of unprofessional) were the rudest individuals I’ve ever met. They need to be FIRED!
They let me call in the food for me to get there 25 minutes later to tell me there is no more wings really how is that right
I love this location. The food is always fresh and hot. I love to add the ranch seasoning and lemon pepper to my fries ?. I also LOVEEEE their ranch. I wish I could buy a whole bottle!!
Horrible customer service. The restaurant doesn’t close until 10PM but the young lady on the phone tonight wouldn’t take my call in order at 9:14PM. There’s no telling how much money the owners are losing due to this type of behavior. I won’t be patronizing here.
If y'all like me I love American deli from the salad to the wings definitely the best place in Atlanta hands down. The cashier's and cooks are really good at their jobs please leave tips everytime.
