This particular Zaxby’s location is absolutely horrible and very GHETTO. I had the worst experience here with my 5 year old grand daughter. I spoke to management at this location when my order was completely screwed up and she was just as rude as the cashier who leased up my order. I then called corporate while I was inside the restaurant and the young man who took my complaint over the phone, sounded as if he was on his lunch break and I was interrupting him; he just didn’t want to be bothered. I asked for a call back from upper management and after (2) weeks had passed and I heard nothing back, I called corporate again about the initial complaint. This lady was much nicer and actually lodged my complaint because apparently the young man never did smh. I never heard back from Zaxby’s nor did I receive a refund or complimentary platter in place of my order that I ended up having to throw away a good bit of it. My family and I have supported Zaxby’s for many years but sad to say, their food and customer service skills have gone down the drain. They have replaced well seasoned and respectful employees with these young, rude and immature employees who could care less about the customers or their food and because of this I will no longer patronize Zaxby’s ever again. My hard earned dollars will be better spent elsewhere.
I wish I could give a negative review. I went there with an uber eats order and was rudly told to announce my arrival on drive thru otherwise because I got everyone confused. That lady was extremly rude and had no empathy even after me apologizing thrice. She clearly disregarded the notion called Customer Service. The food that I was served was also cold and it had small chicken pieces. It seemed like she did that on purpose after me not annoucing my arrival. She had given me soo much attitude and I still apologized to her before leaving. Seems like these people have no regard for customer service. I will NEVER come here. Literally my mood was off for the whole day.
I usually go to Zaxbys once a month. This time I went for a Cobb salad. They asked me what kind of chicken I want as usual. When I get home I have a plain salad no chicken, nothing like a Cobb.SO Disappointed!!!My receipt shows what I ordered.
To be honest this Lilburn location sucks; food is always cold even after requesting fresh before placing. The staff is not very welcoming at all. The Zaxbys across from Sugarloaf Mills Mall is way better?
It’s the most garbage zaxbys ever. Everytime I go there I always regret it. This time was my last time. Made me wait an hour for my food. When I asked for sauces they wanted to charge me like if they didn’t just make me wait an hour. Had to show the lady my receipt to prove to her I waited that long. She said nothing and walked away with attitude and passed it to someone else to pass to me. They have no courtesy or manners. They never fail to disappoint. I recommend to go to another zaxbys. Not worth going to the pleasant hill location.
3 stars. I went in specifically to try this garlic (sauce) chicken that's currently on TV commercials.Unfortunately that's not what I was given.I got tongue torch sauce.It Looked correct before I left, I should have tasted it.
Zaxbys always have been good at choosing who they hire. Through the pandemic till now they have always had great customer service and never get my order wrong and they've always been polite. Food is always what i expect and i can't really have amy complaints.

Food is good but can please wipe off the cups after you've filled it with drinks. Handing someone a cup with juice all over it is not good customer service
Horrible wait time and poor management. It’s been this way for years now. Not sure why with all this low ratings, Zaxbys corporate office is not taking any action? May be they should start hiring some competent staff
