Roach problem here is apparently so bad now that they're camping out in the papers they make your sub on. The guy goes to pull out a paper to begin making my order and I saw a roach literally go flying off of it and land on the floor, where the server not-so-discreetly crushed it. My jaw would've hit floor, but in these conditions, I had to keep it together. Seriously though, don't go here.

The woman that worked today 12/12/2021 at 12:50pm was HORRIBLE. I am a constant customer, I always come in, I am a loyal customer. I just came in last week and got a meal with my coupons that came in the mail perfectly fine. Today I go in, I had a coupon that doesn’t expire until 12/31/21 and my coupon was buy a 6inch meal (chips & soda) get a 6inch free. The lady refused to even add my chips and soda and then tried scanning my coupon, telling me it was not working. She never even added what the coupon said, she didn’t even try, I went to go get more coupons that I had in my car and she still didn’t even try anything else. She is so lazy, she didn’t even ask for help from anyone else. I was just in there last week and the manager had no problem with the coupons. The woman had horrible customer service. So I ended up having to pay for two 6 inches (no biggie) but no drinks or nothing. She was horrible! & all because she wouldn’t just add my drinks and soda which is what the coupon SAID.
Terrible service. Rancid veggies. Did not honor my specific allergy restrictions.

Placed an order 30 minutes prior thru the app and called them 2 mins later to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The person picking up says the sandwich is already made and they cannot cancel it now. Why is the sandwich scheduled for 30 minutes later made so much in advance and why does subway make it so difficult to cancel the orders thru apps?
Is this the subway on 29 and Indian Trail in the corner next to a gas station I did not like it because our operation was very finicky unloading a truck They don't serve customers I want to know why they didn't tell me no explanation or nothing all they told me was the employees was not there if the employees was not there then they need to take over because it was in the hours of operation
Worst Subway experience ever. The guy, who was either the manager or owner, was extremely stingy with the portions. He would only fill my salad bowl half way and put very little toppings on it. The tuna melt I got was also extremely skimpy on tuna and veggies. Everything is cut razor thin. It is obvious that they are pinching pennies here and do not care about satisfying the customer. I will never patronize this location again.
This particular Subway I believe has new management and/or new owners. Certainly an improvement from the intermittent people previously there. At least they're making ice tea. Sure do wish they'd go back to premade Arnold Palmers thar once had been a beverage available. But all in all, they were friendly, got your order right, so I'll be back.
I usually don’t stop by Subway but when I do i come here. It’s very convenient after praying at the temple right across the street! They are very friendly and very speedy with making the sub and have a wide variety of options. The husband and wife are super kind and their little boy is so sweet and says Hi always! They also have a set of twins that are nothing but kind and speedy. And they love to talk anime! I would definitely come here again, the new management is great. 100/10
