I get lunch from here often. It’s one of my favorite spots. Super friendly staff and everything is always made correctly & tasty! Tuna is my go to!
RUDE!! Manager had the nerve to follow me to my car arguing about my coupon. I still paid full price for it!! Racist still exist, I see I will NEVER BE BACK!!!0 Stars do not eat HERE if you are a person of color.
The Indian employees that work at this place are mean and dismissive whenever you have a coupon and will snap you up for no reason whatsoever. I baled out and took my business elsewhere.
literally every poor review about this place is spot on, and I have no issue adding my 1 star review to the bon fire. Fun fact, if my memory serves correctly, the owner of this location owns the one on killian and five forks, and five forks and oak. They all refused my opt-in text coupons because 'franchising'. Wonderful. I even saw them refuse the...i think memorial day? discount. to multiple verterans.
I positively love a veggie from Subway, with with provolone melted cheese!! I call it have it my way. You should try the veggie with spinach instead of lettuce black olives, red onions and jalapeno peppers with a little honey mustard! ???❣
Does not take coupons and the customer service is trash. I ordered delivery a few days ago for convenience, and I didn’t get my chips. When I called, I was told I can come get them whenever. I asked if they could deliver them, she said she had a customer and hung up on me. This one is a 5 min drive but I’d rather drive 15 min \\u0026 go inside Walmart for a sub.
I let the employees know that the toilet wasn't flushing as a courtesy, the woman working tried to hand me a plunger (from behind the counter, GROSS) and loudly told me in front of the whole restaurant that many people use it and that if it's clogged it's my fault. Completely unprofessional and rude.
Terrible pushy service and RUDE! Do not go here! Not wearing a mask while serving and prepping food! Tossed my order at me! Horrible and read all the other disgusting reviews. Health inspector should be notified! Can't believe replaced meat in stock after it left the restaurant! Unbelievable!
Poor customer service to say the least! It’s always something when I come to this location! Today they’ve lost a customer. I came in with a 50% off a foot long sub in the app that they emailed me and they claim their computer system isn’t equipped to accept them. I’ve never had any issues at any other location EVER! Subway is in just about every plaza, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
Didn't want to take coupons that were mailed to residents in their immediate area!! Lettuce was wilted and slightly brown..doesn't seem happy to have customers visit!!
