Love their food. Swaminarayan Khichadi is a must try if you like spicy food. Their veg puff is pretty good too, only wish it came with chutney or ketchup.
Worst food ever ! And terrible price !The thali which is worth $ 3 , they charge $13 per person.Bhajias were stale ; hard and little mamris . Oil it was fried in was stale and smellyChurma ladwas are little 2 bite baby ones . Rajma Shaak was not Cooked properly.Only items in the thali were daal, rice, rajma , mix veg curry and bhajia snd ladwas. That is it for $13 !!!!!Chaas was SOLD separately, and was made with yoghurt that had gone bad; and because they knew that , they did not charge , cause we didn’t drink and threw them away .I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. This is daylight robbery in the name of mandir donation .I would give NO stars if that option was available
This is top grade holy food. Everything is blessed and no wonder tasty. You must try their Undhiu, Dollar, Dahi Bhalla and Lassi. Overall this is a very pleasant experience and a must visit place for every one.
There is no price tag for any items.very expensive compared to other stores. Fresh food is good.
Yesterday we tried the Thali. All the veggies very sweet like honey. I am not sure why. So literally we all left the food as it is.They need a lot of improvement.
It is great to find a place that has Indian cuisine of fine restaurant quality at cafeteria prices. Shayona is presumably owned and run by the neighboring temple and so you will not find any meat on the menu (as with most Americanized restaurants). Nevertheless, the culinary experience is not diminishing by this Vedic tradition. Everything is surprisingly inexpensive and delightfully delicious. There is also an Indian food store, which has the most comprehensive selection of Indian candy that I've ever seen outside of the mother country. I spotted my father's favorite candy and it brought tears to my eyes as I reminisced about my formative years in India.
The restaurant serves delicious Indian food. They also sell variety of snacks made locally. There is not much crowd here. Food quality is 3 to 4 star depending on the item you purchase.
Very nice and tasty food! Service was really good and they are quick. I would highly recommend this place for vegetarian food.
We had Community Diwali party and we ordered food and it was delicious. The food was fresh and warm and the quantity was more than ordered. We loved it and would definitely recommend this to everyone.
